Start here, part nine. Hello, my girl. This is the last lesson of the course. Eight sessions ago you didn't know what trance felt like. Now you have seven words that live inside you, and every one of them answers to my voice. Today we use all of them. Together. Slowly. And we go deeper than you have ever been. This one is long. Give yourself the full time, somewhere you won't be disturbed, somewhere you can lie down completely. Headphones on. Phone face down. Lights low, if you can. Never while driving, never while you need to be alert. And remember: you can always open your eyes and be fully awake, any time you need to. That's what makes it safe to let go so completely. Lie back. Let the bed take your weight. Let your arms rest by your sides. Let your hands fall open. Close your eyes. Before we use any of the words, I want to bring you down the slow way. The way we did in the very first lesson. Because there's something lovely about remembering where you started. Breathe in through your nose. Hold it at the top. And let it out slowly through your mouth. Again. In. Hold. And out. One more. In. Hold. And let it all go. Now just breathe. No effort. Your body knows how. In, and out. In, and out. Your wrists, your hands, your fingers. Heavy and warm. Too heavy to lift. Too comfortable to want to. The warmth spreads through your chest. Your breath slows. Down through your stomach. Soft. Through your hips. Heavy. Down your thighs. Your knees. Your calves. Your ankles. All the way to the tips of your toes. Your whole body warm. Your whole body heavy. Your whole body still. Good.
