30 Day Chastity Training Program: Week-by-Week Plan

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-11-05 · 5 min read

30 day chastity training program
A 30 day chastity training program works best in four stages: fit and short trial wear in week one, daily wear blocks in week two, longer days in week three and a first real stretch in week four. Skin checks and rest windows are built in, so the thirty days build habit instead of soreness.

Most plans for a 30 day chastity training program hand you a calendar of ever-longer lock-ups and wish you luck. That is how people end up with a sore, swollen week two and a device in a drawer by week three. I build it the other way round: the first days are about fit and routine, the middle is about habit, and the long wear comes only after your body and your head have both shown you they can take it.

How the thirty days are structured

Four stages, each with one job.

StageDaysJob
1. Fit and trial1-7Right size, right ring, short sessions, learn what normal feels like
2. Daily blocks8-14Same block of hours every day, hygiene routine on autopilot
3. Longer days15-21Full waking days, first nights only if the days were uneventful
4. The stretch22-30Your longest planned wear, then a deliberate release and review

Nothing here needs a keyholder. If you have one, they get the check-in notes and decide the release; if you do not, you are your own keyholder and the notes keep you honest. The chastity-and-denial path runs alongside this plan if you want audio for the mental side.

Before day one

Before day one, Aria Wilde

Spend an evening on the boring parts. Measure properly using the method in cock cage sizing and measuring, because most early trouble is a ring that is too tight or a cage that is too short. Wash the device, keep a spare ring size if you can, and decide where the key lives (see where to keep the chastity key). Trim or shave as needed, as covered in should you shave for chastity.

Then write down three baselines: how you feel about locking up, how your skin looks, and what time of day you are most restless. You will compare against these on day thirty.

Week one: fit and trial (days 1-7)

Goal: no pain, no panic, no surprises.

  1. Day 1-2: wear it for one to two hours while awake and at home. Sit, stand, walk, use the bathroom once.
  2. Day 3-4: three to four hours. Do something ordinary, like cooking or working at a desk.
  3. Day 5-7: a half day, six hours at most. Take it off every evening and look at your skin.

Expect to be very aware of it, to feel teased by every movement, and to have erections that press against the cage. That pressure is the thing everyone worries about. Soft erections ease off within a minute or two once you stop touching and take your mind elsewhere; a cold glass of water or a change of room helps. Pain that does not ease, numbness, tingling, a blue or very dark colour, or swelling past the ring means take it off now. The details are in chastity cage problems and troubleshooting and first week in chastity.

Week two: daily blocks (days 8-14)

Week two: daily blocks (days 8-14), Aria Wilde

Pick one block, say 08:00 to 20:00, and keep it every day. A fixed block turns chastity into a routine rather than a daily decision, which is why it holds up when your mood does not.

This is also the week to add the mental layer. A short audio like Sissy Hypnosis for Learning to Wait gives the waiting a shape, and the habit of listening at the same hour each day makes the block feel owned rather than endured.

Week three: longer days (days 15-21)

Extend the block to the whole waking day, wake to bedtime. Sleep stays unlocked unless you have read sleeping in a chastity cage and chosen it deliberately, because night erections are the most common source of waking pain. If you do try a night, do it once, with a looser ring option, and remove it at the first discomfort.

Two rules for this week:

You will also meet the mental wall here. Around day sixteen to nineteen many people get a wave of restlessness or even irritation at the whole project. It is normal and it passes in a day or two. Strategies are in how to cope with horniness in chastity.

Week four: the stretch (days 22-30)

Week four: the stretch (days 22-30), Aria Wilde

Choose your longest planned wear and decide it in advance. For most people on this plan that is three to five days with a hygiene break each day, not nine days straight. The safe pattern is the same one used in how long can you wear a chastity cage: regular removal, cleaning, a skin and circulation check, then back on.

If you are using a keyholder, this is where they earn the title. They set the release date and may run a tease before it. If you are solo, set the date now and put it in writing. The chastity release schedule gives you ways to end the stretch that feel like a finish and not a collapse.

On day thirty, unlock, clean up, and read your baselines.

Rest days and red lines

Rest is part of the program, not a failure of it. Schedule one unlocked evening each week from week two on, and add more whenever your skin asks. Stop and take a longer break, and see a doctor if the symptoms persist, when you notice:

Review honestly. Did the routine feel like yours? Which stage felt best? Most people either settle into a weekly rhythm or pick a seasonal challenge. The chastity training schedule and long-term chastity pages cover what comes next, and Locktober is a natural next test. Patreon has the longer guided series if you want it, and the free Sissy Academy is a gentler way to keep the mindset going between locks.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do a 30 day chastity program without a keyholder?

Yes. Write the schedule down in advance, store the key somewhere that costs you effort to reach, and keep a daily note. A friend or partner can hold the key for the final stretch if you want an outside check, but the plan works solo.

Do I wear the cage for all thirty days straight?

No. The plan alternates wear blocks with daily removal for cleaning and skin checks, plus scheduled unlocked evenings. Thirty days of unbroken wear is not a goal and is not a safe default.

What if I have to stop on day ten?

Stop, rest, and restart the stage you were in once your skin looks normal. A pause for soreness is part of training. Repeating a week costs you nothing; pushing through a problem can cost you weeks.

Is the first night in a cage part of the plan?

Only after a week of uneventful full days, and only once. Night erections cause most overnight problems, so use a looser ring and remove it at the first discomfort.

Can I combine this with edging or denial?

Yes, from week three. Start with a plain lock before adding teasing, so you can tell whether a sensation comes from the device or from arousal.
