Chastity Hypnosis Script: Locking, Patience and Denial Suggestions

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-17 · 6 min read

chastity hypnosis script
This chastity hypnosis script is a free, readable session built around a symbolic locking ritual, suggestions for patience and calm during denial, and a safe awakener. It takes about eleven minutes to read aloud and works with or without a real device.

This chastity hypnosis script gives you a complete eleven-minute session built around three ideas: a symbolic locking ritual, suggestions for patience, and a calm, steady attitude towards denial. You can read it aloud to a partner, record it for yourself, or use it as a template. It works with a real device and without one.

The script is original and free to use. It takes the hypnosis approach, which means relaxation, a clear image and repeated suggestion, and it keeps the listener in control with an explicit safe release at the end. Read the safety notes below before you start.

How to deliver it

How to deliver it, Aria Wilde

The script

Part 1: Settling and induction

(low, even)

Welcome back. Get comfortable. Lie back or sit, wherever your body feels supported. Let your eyes close. You may open them any time you like, and the session ends. You are always in control.

(pause)

Breathe in, slowly... and out. Breathe in... and out. Let each exhale carry away a little tension. Your shoulders drop. Your jaw loosens. Your hands go soft.

(pause)

Now bring your attention to your hips and your lower stomach. Notice any tightness or restlessness there. Don't fight it. Just notice it, and let your breathing wrap around it like warm water. With each exhale, it quiets down. Quiet, and warm, and steady.

Part 2: Deepener

(count down, slowly)

Ten... letting go. Nine... heavier. Eight... slower. Seven... sinking. Six... easy, easy. Five... mind quiet. Four... body warm. Three... almost there. Two... deeper. One... deep, calm and listening.

(pause)

In this state, your mind is open and your body is calm. Every suggestion that you accept settles easily and stays with you.

Part 3: The locking ritual

(measured, deliberate)

Imagine a small, beautiful lock in front of you. Polished metal. Cool in your hand. Imagine you hold a key beside it, and the key is warm from your palm.

Now picture yourself placing the lock. Click. A soft, satisfying sound. Feel how the click travels through your body, a short wave of certainty. It is done. You have chosen this. You are locked in the way you choose.

(pause)

Now picture yourself passing the key to me. I hold it up, small and bright. I smile, and I place it in a velvet pouch around my neck. It is safe. It is mine to keep for now. Your decision to give it, and mine to hold it, is a gentle bond between us.

(pause)

And you remember: this is a game of the mind. At any time that you truly need to, you can take the lock off, you can ask for the key, you can open your eyes and be fully in control. That is part of the agreement. It makes the whole thing safe, and the safety makes it deeper.

Part 4: Patience suggestions

(slow, warm, rhythmic)

Each time you feel a surge of restlessness, you take a slow breath. Each time you take a slow breath, the restlessness softens. Each time it softens, you feel proud of how calm you are.

(pause)

Patience is a pleasure. Waiting is a pleasure. When you wait, anticipation grows warm and bright inside you, and you learn that you can hold a feeling without being ruled by it.

(pause)

Every day that you wait, you feel steadier. Your mind stays clear. Your focus sharpens. You become the sort of person who can sit with a feeling and let it pass. You enjoy that strength.

(pause)

When the wish to rush appears, you smile, you breathe, and you remember the click of the lock. You remember the weight of the key in my hand. You remember that waiting is what makes the reward richer.

Part 5: Denial suggestions

(lower, with a hint of a smile)

There will be moments when your thoughts wander to release. That is natural. You notice the thought, you thank it, and you let it float by like a cloud. You don't push it away and you don't chase it. You simply watch it drift.

(pause)

Each time you resist a wandering thought, you feel a little glow in your chest. It is the glow of self-control. It is the glow of being good. You love that glow. It spreads into your arms and your face, a warm tingling that says, "I am doing well."

(pause)

And when you do release, on the day you and I agree, it will feel fuller and more precious because of the waiting. You will appreciate each moment of it. That is the reward for patience, and it is worth every day.

Part 6: Daily trigger

(clear, slow)

I will give you a word. When you hear it, or whisper it to yourself, you feel the click of the lock inside you. The word is locked.

Locked.

(pause)

Whenever you say that word in your mind, your breathing slows, your body calms, and your focus returns to your goals. It works when you are safe and when you choose it. It never interferes with your work, driving or anything that needs your attention.

Locked. Calm. Steady. Mine to keep.

(pause)

Say it once more in your mind. Locked. Good.

Part 7: Awakener

(brighter)

In a moment I will count from one to five. At five you will be wide awake, relaxed, clear-headed and in control.

One... feeling your body again. Two... movement returning to your fingers and toes. Three... breathing deeper, energy rising. Four... eyes starting to open. Five... awake, refreshed and proud of yourself. Stretch if you wish.

(warm)

Well done. Drink some water. Check how you feel. If you are wearing a device, check the fit now.

Using the script day by day

Using the script day by day, Aria Wilde
  1. Day 1. Listen once, no device. Notice what the locking ritual does for you.
  2. Days 2-7. Listen daily at a consistent time. Pair it with a simple rule, like no touching until the weekend.
  3. Week 2. Add a journal line after each session, tracking mood and restlessness out of ten. A template is in the denial training guide.
  4. Week 3 and after. Consider adding a real device for short periods, after reading the fit guidance above.

For a partner version, virtual keyholding shows how the keyholder role works remotely, and tease and denial rules gives example rule sets. If you enjoy the sound of this theme in a finished audio, Aria's Locked Loop and Sissy Hypnosis for Denial take it further, and the chastity and denial path is the guided route. If you are brand new to guided sessions, the Sissy Academy path is a gentle start, and the hypnosis induction script explains how the first minutes of a session work.

Frequently asked questions

Can hypnosis really help with chastity or denial?

It can help you relax, rehearse calm responses to urges and attach a positive feeling to waiting. It does not override your body or will. Think of it as a mental training tool alongside real-life structure like rules and a tracking diary.

Do I need a chastity device to use this script?

No. The script works with an imagined lock and a symbolic key. If you do wear a device, check fit, circulation and skin before and after, and take it off immediately if you feel numbness, pain or colour change.

How often should I listen to a chastity hypnosis script?

Daily for the first week to establish the pattern, then three or four times a week. Keep sessions at a regular time, and take a break if you feel frustrated or tense instead of calm.

Is the locking ritual in the script safe?

Yes. It is purely imaginative and the script repeats that you can unlock or open your eyes any time. Never use hypnosis to override a genuine need to remove a physical device.

Can a partner read this to me?

Yes, and many people enjoy it. Agree on names, tone and limits beforehand, read slowly in a low voice, and keep the safety lines and awakener. Debrief afterwards about what felt good and what to change next time.
