Foot Worship ASMR Script: A Domme-Led Scene With Pacing and Praise
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-19 · 6 min read

Foot worship scripts fail when they rush to the dirty part. The charm of the scene is slowness: the kneel, the first touch, the instruction to look but not move, the pause in which she decides whether you have earned the next minute. The best versions read like a patient lesson from someone who is enjoying having an attentive student.
This is an original foot worship ASMR script, written for a domme speaking to a kneeling listener (F4M). It is about ten minutes long and uses real, safe, comfortable positions and no one is asked to do anything unkind to themselves. The basics of the practice are in the foot worship guide for beginners; here is the script.
How to perform it
- Length: roughly ten minutes at 100 words a minute, with pauses.
- Mic distance: quite close. Lower the pitch of your voice a half step and slow down.
- Sound props: a pair of heels you can tap or slide, a bare foot on a cushion, silky stockings, lotion, a towel.
- Stage directions are in italics brackets. Sound cues are (sound: ...).
- Body: this is a script for audio. For real-life use, take care of hygiene, comfort and the knees (cushions under them).
- Consent: in real play, agree on what is included before the scene. The script is a gentle one with no pain.
The script: arrival

(unhurried, confident)
There you are. Come in. Sit on the floor, there, in front of the sofa. Yes. A cushion under your knees, if you want it. I do not want you uncomfortable. I want you attentive.
(pause)
Good. Now I am going to sit and make myself comfortable. I have had a long day, and you are going to help me with that.
(sound: slow sit, fabric rustle, a heel tapping once on wood)
Look at me. Not at my feet. Not yet. Look me in the eye. Tell me what you are here for.
(pause)
Say it. "I am here to worship your feet, Mistress."
(approving)
Yes. I like it when you say what you want. It saves us so much time.
The script: position and rules
(calm, instructive)
Now. The rules, very simply. You touch only what I let you touch. You speak only to thank me or to answer. You keep your eyes where I tell you. And you stay slow. Everything you do tonight is slow.
(pause)
Sit back on your heels. Straight back. Hands on your thighs. Breathe.
(sound: soft shift as she crosses a leg)
I am going to slip my shoes off.
(sound: a shoe sliding off, then the second, dropped lightly on the carpet)
Look at my feet. Take your time. Do you see how the arch curves? The little line where the ankle meets the foot? That is what you are here for.
(pause)
You may look, but you may not touch yet. I want you to wait.
The script: slow instruction

(softer, slow)
Now, one hand. Just one. Reach out and take my foot gently, resting it in your palm. Feel the weight of it. Warm. Soft.
(pause)
With the other hand, take the lotion on the table. A little in your palm. Warm it first. That is it. Now, slowly, with a steady pressure, rub it into my heel. In small circles. Press with your thumbs along the arch.
(sound: lotion, rhythmic circles, closer)
Slower. That is it. Perfect. A foot is not something to hurry. Be thorough. The ball of the foot. Between each toe, with your fingertips. Gently stretch each toe.
(pause)
Mm. That is good. Notice how you are breathing. Slow, quiet. You are concentrating so hard.
(amused)
I can see the little crease between your eyebrows. You really want to get this right, don't you?
(pause)
Good. Switch feet.
(sound: a gentle change; rustle)
And again, slowly. Heel, arch, ball, toes. Let your thumbs do the talking. Press a little firmer here. There. Yes.
The script: praise
(warm, appreciative)
You are very good at this. Do you know how rare it is to find someone who actually pays attention? Most people rush. You are careful. You listen.
(pause)
I can tell you are enjoying it as well. You are breathing slower, your shoulders are loose. This is not a chore to you, is it?
(pause)
No. It is a pleasure. And that is exactly why you are so good at it.
(quiet)
Now, because you have been so good, I will allow something. Lean forward. Place a single kiss on the top of my foot. Gently. One.
(sound: a soft kiss)
Good. Another, on the ankle. Slower.
(sound: kiss)
And that is all. You do not get to ask for more. You wait to be offered.
(pause, close)
Thank me.
(pause for the answer)
"Thank you, Mistress." Yes. Beautiful.
The script: finish and aftercare

(softer)
Sit back. Rest your hands. You have done well tonight. I mean it.
(pause)
Take the towel and wipe your hands. Then bring me my slippers, please. And a glass of water for you as well.
(pause)
When you come back, you may sit beside me. Not at my feet, beside me. We will talk for a while.
(quietly)
Thank you for taking care of me. Tonight you were attentive, patient and gentle, which is everything I ask. I will be thinking about it tomorrow.
(whisper)
Goodnight, pet.
Pacing, voice and sound
- Slow every instruction. If the listener is picturing a technique, give them time to imagine it before the next one.
- Use contrast. A firm tone for rules, a soft tone for praise. The shift tells the listener where they stand.
- Pause before approval. A two-second silence before "good" makes the word land.
- Sound design: lotion and fabric are the main sounds. Layer a heel tap at the beginning and the end.
- Leave room for the listener's imagination. You do not need to describe every inch. Name one detail, then be quiet.
Doing it for real: comfort and care

A script is easy; a floor is not. If you plan to play the scene with a partner, a few practical points make it better for both of you.
- Knees first. A thick cushion or folded blanket under the knees means the kneeler can stay still for ten minutes without fidgeting. Bad knees ruin a mood quickly.
- Clean feet, short nails. A quick wash and a nail trim beforehand removes any worry. A towel and a bowl of warm water within reach turn hygiene into part of the ritual.
- Match pressure to feedback. The one receiving the massage should say "firmer" or "lighter" in a low voice. Make that part of the rules: a worshipper who listens is a better one.
- Agree on limits. Kissing, licking, stockings, shoes and toes are separate items on the list. Decide in advance which are in the scene and which are not.
- Time it. Ten minutes of attentive massage is plenty to begin with. Use a timer you cannot see if you want to play with duration.
- Close properly. Wash hands, drink water, and have a short chat afterwards. The aftercare lines at the end of the script are meant to be copied into real life.
Variations
For a stricter domme, add a rule that he must ask for each next step ("May I, Mistress?"), and let her say no once. For a gentler version, make it a girlfriend giving a foot rub who is then rewarded with attention. For a sock and shoe version, replace the lotion step with removing her shoes and socks and cleaning them. For a boot version, see boot worship. Kneeling positions and posture are covered in kneeling positions.
More ways to phrase the praise are collected in the praise kink phrases page, and the femdom whisper ASMR script shows how to adapt the same voice for a longer scene. The Sissy Academy path is the structured route if you want training around service.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a good foot worship ASMR script?
A slow pace, clear rules, one or two sensory props such as lotion or a heel tap, praise that arrives only after effort, and a gentle close. The domme keeps control by waiting, not by speaking louder.
How long should a foot worship script be?
Ten to fifteen minutes works well for audio. That allows an arrival, a position, three or four slow instructions, a praise section and a short close. Shorter scenes feel rushed, and longer ones need more variety.
What sounds should I use?
Shoes sliding off, fabric rustles, a heel tapping on wood, lotion being rubbed, soft kisses and light tapping on a cushion. Record them close to the microphone and keep the volume low.
Is the script suitable for real-life play?
Yes, with planning. Agree on what is included, use cushions to protect the knees, keep hygiene simple with clean feet and a towel, and stay slow. The pacing in the script is also good for a partner who is new to the idea.
How can a domme build authority in a foot scene?
By being relaxed and specific. Give one instruction at a time, wait for it to be done properly, correct calmly and praise sparingly. Authority comes from being unhurried, not from volume.
