Femdom Whisper ASMR Script: Pacing Marks, Mic Distance and Tone Notes
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-17 · 6 min read

A femdom whisper ASMR script works when the words are easy to whisper, the pacing is marked, and the tone stays calm and confident. This one is an original ten-minute text for a close microphone. It uses pacing marks, mic distance cues and tone notes so you can record it without improvising.
The scenario: you are a calm, attentive woman talking quietly to someone who has come to you for instructions. No shouting, no harshness. Authority comes from nearness, attention and breath.
Notation used in the script
- / a short pause, about one second.
- // a long pause, about three seconds.
- (close) lean in, mouth two or three fingers from the mic.
- (mid) sit back to a hand-width and a half.
- (far) sit back, a full forearm away, for lines like "Good."
- (tap) a soft fingertip tap on the mic cover or a nearby surface.
- Words in bold get a little emphasis, not volume.

Setting up your recording

- Mic position. Place it at mouth height, slightly off to one side to reduce plosives. A foam cover or a sock over the head helps.
- Room. Small rooms with soft furniture reduce echo. A closet full of clothes is an excellent booth.
- Gain. Lower than you think. Whispers are quiet and boosting gain adds hiss. Aim for peaks around minus 12 dB.
- Hydration. Drink water, avoid dairy before recording, and warm up your voice with a minute of humming.
- Clothing. Soft fabrics. Avoid jewellery that clinks unless you intend it as a trigger sound.
The script
Opening
(close, slow)
Hello, you. / Come a little closer. // That's it. / Sit right there, where I can see you. //
(mid)
You've had a long day, haven't you. / I can tell. / You carry it in your shoulders. // Let them drop. / Good. //
(close)
Tonight there's nothing to decide. / No messages to answer. / No one asking you for anything. // I'm going to tell you what to do, / and all you have to do / is listen. //
First instruction: breath
(close, whisper)
Breathe in, / slowly. // And out. // In. // And out. //
(tap, tap)
Listen to my voice. / Not the words. / The sound. // Let it run over you like warm water. //
(mid)
Good. / That's how a good boy breathes. / Easy, / steady, / mine. //
Second instruction: hands
(close)
Put your hands on your knees. / Palms down. // Feel the fabric. // Feel the warmth under your fingers. //
(mid)
Now keep them there. / You don't need to move them. / You don't need to touch anything. // That's my rule for now. / Hands still. //
(close)
I'm going to move around you. / Listen. //
(soft brushing sound on mic cover, left to right)
Can you hear where I am? / Behind you. // Now on your left. // Now close to your ear. //
(very close, barely audible)
Stay still for me. // That's it. //
Third instruction: attention
(close)
I want you to give me all of your attention. / Every thought. // If your mind wanders, / you bring it back to my voice. / No guilt. / No fuss. / Just back to me. //
(mid)
When you do that well, / I'll tell you. / And I'll tell you / if you don't. // I notice everything. //
(close)
Tell me, quietly: / what's the first thing on your mind? //
(pause for five seconds, as if listening)
Mm. / I see. // Thank you for being honest. / Honest is good. / I like honest. //
Fourth instruction: tasks
(mid, matter-of-fact whisper)
I have three small tasks for you. / Nothing difficult. / Just things to do for me. //
One. / Tomorrow morning, / before anything else, / you'll stand up straight / and breathe five times, / slowly. / And you'll think of me. //
Two. / During the day, / each time you check the time, / you'll drop your shoulders. / A small, / private way of obeying. //
Three. / Tonight, / before sleep, / you'll tell me how you did. / Out loud, / or in writing. / Either is fine. //
(close)
Can you remember those? // Good. / Say them back to me, / quietly. //
(pause, as if listening)
Mm-hm. / That's right. / Very good. //
Fifth section: praise and closeness
(close, slow, almost a murmur)
You are listening so well. / I can see it in how still you are. // You're letting go. / Letting me take care of everything. //
(tap on the mic, slowly three times)
Each tap / takes you a little deeper. / One. // Two. // Three. //
(whisper, closer still)
You're such a good boy for me. / Soft, / obedient, / patient. // I like having you here. / I like how you listen. //
(mid)
Is it easy? / It's easy when you stop trying, / isn't it. //
Closing
(mid, voice brightens slightly)
Our time is nearly over. / You did well. // Take a slow breath in. / Let it out. //
(close)
Tomorrow I'll ask for your report. / Until then, / carry my voice with you. // Keep your shoulders low. / Keep your mind soft. //
(far)
Goodnight, / good boy. // You may go. //
Tone and delivery notes

- Whisper from the breath, not the throat. A throat whisper sounds scratchy. A breath whisper is airy and warm. Test both and keep the one that sounds smooth.
- Smile slightly. A smile lifts the voice without changing the volume.
- Slow down at the slashes. The pauses are the point. Beginners rush.
- Consonants are dangerous. P, B and T pop on a close mic. Turn your head slightly away on those words, or use a pop filter.
- Keep your commands small. In ASMR the instruction is a vehicle for closeness, not an exam.
- Use sound triggers sparingly. One tap, one brush, one rustle is enough. Too many distract.
- Edit lightly. Remove loud breaths with a high-pass filter and trim long silences, but keep some natural air.
Variations
- Softer: replace "good boy" with a name or "darling", and remove the tasks.
- Stricter: shorten the pauses, deepen the voice, and add a consequence for forgetting a task.
- Roleplay frames: a teacher, a head librarian, a night-shift nurse, a personal trainer. Mommy ASMR script shows a warmer variation.
- Sleep version: halve the number of instructions and extend the breathing section.

Bonus segment: the bedtime extension
If you want a longer track for sleep, insert this block after the fourth instruction and before the praise section.
(close, slow, almost sleepy)
Now / I want you to imagine / that the room is getting darker. // Not scary. / Just soft. / A dimmer switch / turning slowly / all the way down. //
(tap, very light, once)
Every breath / makes it darker. / Every breath / makes you heavier. //
(whisper)
You don't need to hold on to anything. / The day is finished. / The list is finished. / Everything that was left undone / will still be there tomorrow, / and so will I. //
(very close)
Let your eyes stay closed. / Let your hands stay still. / I'm going to count backwards / from twenty, / and with each number / you'll let go a little more. //
(count slowly, whisper)
Twenty. // Nineteen. // Eighteen. // Seventeen. // Sixteen. //
(trail off)
Fifteen... / fourteen... / you're doing so well... //
Notes on the extra segment

The bedtime block works because it removes demands. The earlier tasks give the listener something to hold; this section takes it away. If you are recording for sleep, end the track in the middle of the count, or fade the last number into silence, so there is no jolt of an ending.
Pairing the script with simple props
- A wooden spoon on a cup for the tap sound.
- A silk scarf pulled slowly across the mic cover for the circling movement.
- A soft hairbrush for the "I'm moving around you" section.
- A glass of water and a small spoon, for a single clink at the point of praise.
Test each prop at low gain. A gentle sound recorded a little closer is nicer than a loud sound recorded further away.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best mic distance for whisper ASMR?
Two to three fingers from the mic for intimate lines, a hand-width or more for normal sentences. Closer increases bass and breath noise, so use a pop filter or foam cover and lower gain to avoid hiss. Move gradually rather than jumping between distances.
How do I whisper without hurting my throat?
Whisper from the breath, with a relaxed throat and open mouth, rather than straining the vocal cords. Take sips of water, record in short takes of ten minutes, and rest. If your voice feels scratchy, switch to a soft low voice for a while.
How long should a femdom ASMR script be?
Ten to twenty minutes is typical for a single track. Most listeners prefer slower pacing to more content, so a short script with long pauses is better than a dense one. Use fewer ideas and give each more time.
Can I change the tone to be stricter?
Yes. Shorten pauses, deepen your voice slightly and add small consequences for forgotten tasks. Keep volume low, because strictness in ASMR comes from certainty and pace, not loudness. Stay within the limits and consent framing of your audience.
Do I need special equipment to record this?
No. A decent USB microphone, a foam cover and a quiet room are enough. A phone with a clean recording app also works. Record at moderate gain, edit lightly and listen on headphones before sharing.
