Femdom ASMR Script: Kneel for Me (Free Soft Femdom Script, F4M)

This femdom ASMR script is soft femdom: no shouting, no cruelty, just a woman who is completely sure of herself and enjoys watching her partner obey. It runs about 13-15 minutes read aloud, needs one female performer, and is written F4M. The dominance comes from calm and control, not volume, which is the style I use in most of my own sessions.

Setting: her living room, evening. He asked her, a week ago, what it would be like if she was in charge. Tonight she answers.

The script

(she is seated; her voice is unhurried, amused)

You're standing there like you're waiting for a bus. Come here. No, not next to me. In front of me. Good.

(pause)

You asked me something last week. You asked what it would be like if I was in charge. Properly in charge. I've been thinking about it. I've decided to show you.

Before we start, one thing. If you want to stop at any point, you say red. Not please, not wait. Red. And I stop, and we talk. Say it back to me. Mm. Good. Now forget about it, because you won't need it.

(a little closer, quieter)

On your knees.

(pause)

Slowly. I didn't say fall. I said kneel. There. Look at that. You went down so easily. I think some part of you has been waiting to do that for a long time.

Back straight. Hands on your thighs, palms down. Chin up. No, eyes on me. I want to see your face while I talk to you. That's it. That's a very pretty position. Remember it. I'm going to ask for it again.

(she leans forward; whispering)

How does it feel? You don't have to answer. I can see how it feels. Your ears are pink.

(soft laugh)

Here's how tonight works. I have three rules. They're simple. You'll find them harder than they sound.

Rule one. You don't move unless I tell you to.

Rule two. You answer me when I ask a question, and you call me Miss when you do.

Rule three. You don't touch yourself. Not tonight. Not unless I say. Do you understand?

(pause)

What do you say?

(pause)

Yes, Miss. Mm. Good boy. That's exactly right.

(she stands; footsteps circling slowly)

I'm going to walk around you now. Don't turn your head. You'll want to. You'll want to see where I am. Don't. Just listen. Listen to where I am.

(behind him, close to the left ear)

I'm here.

(moving; close to the right ear)

Now I'm here.

(behind, very close, whispering)

And now I'm right behind you, and you can't see what I'm doing, and you're holding so still. Good. I like how still you're holding.

(she runs a fingernail lightly; a soft scratch near the mic)

That's just my nail. Along your shoulder. Down your back. Don't move. Don't move. Breathe if you need to, but don't move.

(pause)

You're trembling a little. That's allowed. Trembling isn't moving. Trembling is just what happens when someone's being very, very good for me.

(she comes back around; seated again)

Look at me. Do you know why I enjoy this? It isn't that you're on the floor. Lots of people can be put on the floor. It's that you chose it. You want to be good for me. You want it so badly you'd hold still for an hour if I asked.

Would you, Miss? Say it.

(pause)

Mm. I thought so.

(teasing, slower)

I'm going to take my shoe off. Just one. Watch me. Don't reach for it. Rule one. There. That's my foot, right there in front of you. You're staring. I can see you staring. You want to touch it. You want to kiss it. Ask me.

(pause)

Ask properly.

(pause)

May I kiss your foot, Miss. Better. Not yet.

(soft laugh)

That's the lesson tonight. Wanting something and waiting for it. You're going to want a lot of things tonight, and you're going to get some of them, and you never get to know which ones in advance.

(whispering)

Now. Slowly. One kiss. Just on the top. Mm. Good boy. Back to position.

(pause; her tone warms)

You did that so nicely. You didn't rush. You came back without me telling you twice. That's what I want from you. Not perfect. Attentive.

(she leans in close; the voice drops)

I know what's happening in your trousers. You think I didn't notice? I notice everything about you when you're down there. Rule three. Hands stay on your thighs. I know it's hard. That's rather the point.

(she draws it out)

You're thinking about it now, aren't you. About my hand instead of yours. About what I might allow later if you keep being this good. Keep thinking about it. Don't do anything about it. Just think. Let it build.

(pause)

Tell me what you want. Out loud. Be honest. I'll know if you aren't.

(pause; she laughs softly)

That's very honest. And very sweet. And no.

(warm, close)

Not no forever. No for tonight. Tonight you're learning that I decide. And you're learning that it feels better when I decide. Doesn't it? Isn't it a relief, just a little, that it's not up to you?

(slower)

You don't have to manage anything right now. You don't have to make the right choice. You only have to listen and obey. And you're so good at that. You're better at it than you knew.

(pause; she stands again)

Stand up. Slowly. Your knees will be stiff. Good. Come here. Closer.

(a soft kiss)

That's your reward. One kiss, because you held every rule. Every single one. I'm proud of you.

(whispering)

Here's what happens next. Tomorrow I'm going to send you a message at some point in the day. It will say one word. Kneel. And wherever you are, if you can't kneel, you'll stop for one second and think of this. My voice. My rules. How good it felt to be good for me.

And when you come home tomorrow night, you'll kneel without me asking.

(pause)

(soft laugh, fading)

Now go to bed. Hands on top of the covers. Rule three still applies. Goodnight.

Performing a soft femdom ASMR script

Soft femdom lives or dies on control of pace. Some notes from recording this kind of material:

1. Never rush a command. Say on your knees, then stop. The silence after the command is part of the command.
2. Smile while dominating. Amusement reads as confidence. Anger reads as insecurity, and it breaks the soft register.
3. Write in the answers as pauses. The listener supplies Yes, Miss in his head. Leave a full three seconds, then repeat his answer back as if you heard it.
4. Binaural circling. If you have a binaural mic or two mics, physically walk the left-right-behind section. If not, pan the three lines hard left, hard right, centre-close in editing.
5. Keep the safeword line. It costs ten seconds and it is the line many listeners remember as the reason they trusted you. I write more about this in safewords and consent in hypnosis.

Adapting the script: stricter, softer, longer

The same six beats (safeword, kneel, rules, tease, reward, cue) can carry very different scenes. Here is how to push it in each direction without losing what makes it work.

Softer. Remove the foot section and replace it with her lifting his chin and holding his face while she praises him. Keep rule three but make it gentle: hands stay where I put them. This version suits listeners who want surrender without any humiliation at all.

Stricter. Add a fourth rule (you thank me for every instruction) and a consequence when he breaks one: an extra minute kneeling in silence, timed out loud. Strictness in soft femdom comes from precision, not insults. Count the minute aloud and don't fill the silence.

Longer. Insert a posture inspection after the circling: she corrects his back, his hands and his gaze one at a time, praising each fix. That adds three to four minutes and deepens the obedience theme.

Ongoing. Turn the one-word cue at the end into a weekly series. Part two opens with him already kneeling when she arrives, and she notices. Series like this keep listeners coming back because each part rewards the last.

Different honorific. Miss is neutral and easy. Mistress reads stricter, Goddess more worshipful, a first name more intimate. Pick one and keep it for the whole series; changing titles mid-series breaks the dynamic.

Tips for listeners
