Office Domme ASMR Script: Strict Boss After Hours, Review and Discipline
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-19 · 6 min read

The office is a gift to roleplay. It comes with ready-made hierarchy, a dress code, a desk to stand in front of, and a reason for everyone to behave. Add the hush of an empty floor after hours and you have a stage that needs almost no explanation.
This is an original F4M office domme ASMR script: a strict boss summons an employee to stay late for his performance review. It sits between a stern ASMR and a light discipline scene. There is no pain in it, just posture, rules, a bit of paperwork and a lot of attention. For the wider genre, femdom roleplay ideas and the F4M femdom ASMR script give two other premises.
How to perform it
- Length: about ten minutes at 105 words a minute.
- Voice: precise and level. She never raises her voice. The lower she speaks, the stricter she sounds.
- Props and sounds: heels on a hard floor, a pen clicking, paper being turned, a chair rolling, a desk drawer, a stapler, a door closing.
- Stage directions are in italics brackets; sound cues are (sound: ...).
- Pauses: two to four seconds. Let the silence do the work, especially after an accusation.
- Consent note: agree the boundaries before recording or playing the scene. The script has a check-in at the midpoint.
The script: the summons

(cool, even)
Close the door behind you, please. Quietly. And lock it.
(sound: a door closing, a lock turning)
Thank you. Sit down. There, the chair in front of my desk. Not on the edge. All the way back, with your hands on your knees.
(sound: a chair creaking, then heels crossing the floor)
I asked to see you after hours because I did not want an audience. You work hard. I do not doubt that. But there are patterns in your work I want to discuss, and I would prefer to do it in private.
(pause)
Do you know why you are here?
(pause for the answer)
Not exactly? Good. That is honest. Let us find out together.
The script: the performance review
(sound: paper, a pen click)
I have your file here. Let me read you a few things I have written down. Do not interrupt.
(slowly, reading)
"Shows initiative. Late with reports. Often distracted. Does not ask for help when stuck. Wears a lovely tie but ignores the dress code." Is any of that wrong?
(pause)
No? Then we agree. Let us start with the first: you are late with reports. How late?
(pause)
Three days is not "a little." It is a pattern. And a pattern costs me. Every report you delay is a favour I have to ask someone else.
(slightly softer)
I am not angry. I am disappointed. Which, you will find, is worse.
(pause)
Let me ask you something. When you are stuck, why do you not ask for help?
(pause for the answer)
Pride. Yes. I thought so. I admire it in small amounts. In larger amounts it becomes inefficiency.
(sound: pen tapping the desk, slow)
So here is what we are going to do. I am going to give you a few corrections, and you are going to accept them. Stand up.
The script: discipline

(sound: chair pushed back, a heel step)
Come around to my side of the desk. Stand in front of me. Feet together. Hands behind your back. Chin up.
(pause, close)
Good. Posture is the first lesson. A person who stands straight is a person who thinks straight. I want your shoulders back, your head still.
(sound: slow circle, heels around him)
I am going to walk around you. You are not going to look. You are going to listen.
(pause)
Your tie is crooked. I am going to fix it.
(sound: fabric, a tug)
There. Better. That is one detail. There are at least twenty more. We will get to them.
(slow)
Here are your new rules, effective immediately. Repeat each one after me.
One. "I will submit reports on time."
(pause)
Two. "I will ask for help before I fail."
(pause)
Three. "I will say yes, Miss, when I am given an instruction."
(pause)
Four. "I will thank my boss for correcting me."
(approving)
Good. You say them well. Now a small penalty for the delay. Take that pen and the notepad on the corner of the desk. Standing, write, "I will deliver on time," twenty times. Neatly. I will wait.
(sound: a pen scratching, steady; heels pacing)
Slower. Neatness counts. I do not accept sloppy handwriting.
(pause)
Eighteen. Nineteen. Twenty. Put the pen down.
(sound: paper being lifted and inspected)
Acceptable. Not perfect. You may do better next time.
The script: check-in and close
(softer, stepping a half-pace out of the role)
Quick check. Are you comfortable? Is this all right?
(pause)
If you wish to stop, say your word. Otherwise, one last part.
(back in role, warm authority)
You took that well. You did not argue. You did not sulk. You did exactly what you were told. Do you understand how rare that is?
(pause)
I am going to give you an extra assignment. Not a punishment. An opportunity. Tomorrow at nine, I want a full draft of the quarterly report on my desk. If it is good, there will be a reward. If it is not, we will have another meeting like this one.
(a smile in the voice)
I suspect you will rise to it.
(sound: a drawer sliding shut, keys)
You may collect your things. Unlock the door. Goodnight.
(pause)
And thank you for staying late.
Why this script works

- A realistic frame. Everyone has been summoned to a meeting. The setting needs no explanation.
- Specific details. The tie, the reports, the pen and paper give the scene texture.
- Escalation without volume. Authority comes from stillness and precision.
- Collaborative discipline. Writing lines and repeating rules is mild, but the effect is strong because the listener has to participate.
- A reward in the future. The promise of tomorrow gives the scene a hook for a sequel.
Tuning the voice and the sound
The boss voice is a technique, not a character you have to become. Start by dropping your pitch slightly and slowing down by about fifteen per cent. Keep your sentences short and your consonants crisp. A strict boss rarely uses filler words; every sentence ends on a downward note. If you listen to your first recording and it sounds shrill, you were probably speaking from the throat. Breathe from the belly and let the sound come from lower in the chest.
For sound, the office offers a surprising number of textures. Heels on laminate are the signature, but a blouse sleeve brushing a desk, a laptop lid closing, a coffee cup set down on a saucer and a soft tap of a ruler against a palm do just as much. Place the heels on the left channel when she circles to the left, then bring them across the centre as she steps behind the listener. Pause the movement whenever she asks a question. A real pause, two or three seconds long, is the most effective sound in the whole scene.
Keep the penalty small. The lines exercise is intentionally mild: it gives the listener something to imagine doing, and it lets the boss supervise without being cruel. If you want a firmer scene, stack more rules, not a harsher tone.
Variations

For an HR-style version, make it a formal warning with a printed form and a signature. For a mentor version, soften the penalties and add praise. For a CEO version, give her a long window view and a single question: "What would you do for this promotion?" For a phone call version, set it as a late-night call from the boss that gives him tasks to do at home. See the femdom commands list for command phrasing and obedience training for ways to build the habit across several sessions.
For a recorded counterpart, Sissy Hypno Obedience Training is the closest free file, Sissy Academy: After Hours Part 3: Inspection is the after-hours inspection scene, and Sissy Hypno Good Girl Conditioning takes the reward mechanism further. Posture and sitting get a full lesson in Sissy Training: Sit Like a Lady. The Sissy Academy path puts those pieces into a course, and ASMR roleplay ideas has more settings to try.
Frequently asked questions
What is an office domme ASMR script?
It is a roleplay script in which a strict boss, the domme, calls an employee to a private meeting after hours. It combines a performance review, posture corrections and mild discipline with ASMR sounds such as heels, paper and pens.
What sounds suit an office roleplay?
Heels on a hard floor, a door lock, a pen clicking, paper turning, a chair creaking, a stapler and a desk drawer. Keep them slow and close to the microphone, and use silence between them.
How strict should the boss sound?
Very level and precise rather than loud. A low, even voice with long pauses reads as authority. Occasional warm lines, such as praise and thanks, make the strictness feel fair.
Can the script be used for a real couple?
Yes. Agree boundaries, choose a safeword and decide which props to use. The script's writing-lines punishment is a good example of a mild, completely safe consequence that still feels authoritative.
How do I extend the scene into a longer session?
Add a second review item, a short task such as filing papers on the shelves, or an inspection of the desk. Each one adds a short back-and-forth. Keep the check-in and the reward at the end.
