Sissy Bucket List: 100 Milestones From First Panties to First Outing

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-18 · 5 min read

sissy bucket list
A sissy bucket list is a personal list of feminization milestones you want to reach, from your first pair of panties to a full outing. These 100 goals are arranged in five levels so you can pace yourself, skip what you don't want and mark what you finish.

A bucket list gives structure to something that otherwise drifts. These 100 goals are arranged in five levels, from private and low-risk to public and bold. Mark the ones you want, strike out the ones you don't, and add your own. I use the same ladder when I coach beginners in the Sissy Academy, because starting small is what keeps people going long enough to reach the exciting parts.

How to use the list

Treat each level as a season, not a sprint. Spend a few weeks or months at one level before moving on, and repeat favourites. Choose three goals per month at most. Write the date beside each, and add a one-line note about how it felt: thrilled, nervous, flat, surprised. After six months, your notes will tell you what you truly like better than any quiz. Nothing on the list is required, and honest skips are as informative as completed items.

If you want the larger picture first, my guides on sissy goals and milestones and how to start sissy training explain the stages; for a month-by-month schedule, use the 30-day plan.

Pacing, safety and privacy

Pacing matters more than ambition. A rule I like: one new thing at a time, repeated until it is boring, before adding the next. A fast climb through levels usually ends in an embarrassed purge, where people throw everything away and swear off; slow progress holds.

Privacy needs real thought before Level 4. Decide who may know, choose places where you feel safe, and tell someone reliable where you are going. Keep your social accounts and shopping history discreet. Carry a change of clothes for outings, and have an exit plan, such as a quiet bathroom or your car.

Money doesn't need to be an obstacle. Most of Levels 1 to 3 can be done with a few inexpensive pieces, thrifted items and borrowed techniques. The pretty pink panty boot camp audio gives a guided starting day, and Sissy Hypnosis in Front of the Mirror is a helpful companion for the mirror goals. Review the list on your birthday, or on a date that matters, and cross off or rewrite what has changed.

Make it your own

Make it your own, Aria Wilde

The final step is to fill the gaps. Add three goals per level that nobody else would think of. Maybe it is learning a particular song, wearing a specific colour on a specific day, or sending a thank-you to the person who made your first dress. A personalised list holds you more tightly than a copied one, and the act of writing it is itself a milestone. Share the finished page with the one person you trust most, or keep it folded in a book, and come back to it whenever you feel stuck.

Frequently asked questions

What should be on a sissy bucket list?

Whatever you honestly want, in an order that feels safe. Common items are wearing panties, shaving legs, picking a feminine name, painting nails, a full outfit at home, a wig, voice practice and an outing. Add private goals like journalling or starting hypnosis audio.

How long does a sissy bucket list take?

Most people spread the first fifty goals over several months and the later ones over years. Some never reach the outing stage, and that is fine. The list is a map, not a deadline, and skipping items does not make you less of a sissy.

Do I have to complete every level?

No. Levels are a way to pace, not a requirement. Choose what resonates, skip what doesn't, and revisit later. Many people stay happily at level two or three for years.

Should I share my bucket list with a partner?

If you have a supportive partner, yes. Sharing turns private wishes into shared plans, and a partner can help with shopping, practice and encouragement. If not, keep the list private and share only the items you choose.

How do I keep track of progress?

Use a notebook, a spreadsheet or a private note on your phone. Record the date, how it felt, and what you would change. Reviewing the log monthly shows progress you would otherwise miss.
