Feminization Hypnosis Script: Voice, Posture and Mirror Work (Free Text)

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-17 · 6 min read

feminization hypnosis script
This feminization hypnosis script guides the listener through relaxation, then three focus areas: a softer voice, graceful posture and mirror acceptance. It runs about twelve minutes read aloud, with stage directions in italics and notes on recording it yourself.

This feminization hypnosis script focuses on three practical skills: voice, posture and the mirror. It is a full, original script you can read to a partner, record for yourself, or use as a base for your own sessions. Reading time is about twelve minutes.

The structure is relaxation first, then three short work blocks, then a closing that ties them together. Every suggestion is framed as practice and self-acceptance, which is what actually helps. Hypnosis works through relaxation and focused suggestion; the listener stays in control, and you can reinforce the results with real-life drills, which I include at the end.

Before you read

For background on what these sessions do, read What Feminization Hypnosis Actually Does and the guide on self-hypnosis for feminization. If you haven't read a script before, start with the shorter sissy hypnosis script for beginners.

The script

Part 1: Settling in

(soft, even)

Welcome. Let your body settle. Rest your back against the chair or the bed and let it hold you. Let your hands rest wherever they fall. Close your eyes when you are ready. If at any time you want to stop, you simply open your eyes and you are fully awake.

(pause)

Breathe in slowly... and out slowly. Notice the weight of your head, resting. Notice your shoulders sinking. Notice your hands softening. Each breath out loosens another small knot.

(pause)

Let your attention move down through your body. Forehead smooth. Eyes heavy. Cheeks soft. Lips slightly parted. Neck long. Chest wide and easy. Stomach relaxed. Legs heavy. Feet warm.

(slower)

You are safe. You are comfortable. There is nothing to do except listen, and every word that I say helps you feel more deeply relaxed.

Part 2: Going deeper

(counting slowly)

I am going to count from five down to one. At each number you let go a little more.

Five... letting your thoughts become slow and drifting.

Four... letting your body grow heavier.

Three... the sound of my voice is gentle and clear.

Two... nearly there.

One... deep, calm, open and listening.

Part 3: The voice

(warm, softer, slightly breathy)

Notice your voice. The voice you use when you speak, when you hum, when you laugh. It lives in your throat and chest, and it is much more flexible than you think.

Imagine your throat is open and relaxed. There is no tension. Imagine breath flowing up from your belly, easily and steadily, carrying sound as a gentle stream.

(pause)

Now imagine speaking a simple sentence. "Hello, it's lovely to meet you." Hear it in your mind. Notice your voice sits a little higher and lighter. The words come out softly, with a smile in them. Your pace is slightly slower. The ends of your sentences lift just a little, sweet and warm.

(pause)

With each practice, this voice becomes easier. It becomes a comfortable place for your voice to go. When you speak softly, your throat stays relaxed and your breath stays steady. You never strain. You never force. The more relaxed you are, the more natural it sounds.

(pause)

Every time you say "hello" tomorrow, you will remember this softness. You will take one slow breath, smile slightly, and let your voice float up to its light, gentle resting place. It feels nice. It feels like yours.

Part 4: The posture

(slow, measured)

Now notice your posture. Imagine a golden thread attached to the crown of your head, drawing you gently upward. Your spine lengthens. Your shoulders settle back and down. Your chest opens. Your neck lengthens.

(pause)

Imagine standing up. Weight balanced. Knees soft. Feet close together, one slightly in front of the other. Your hips sway very slightly as you step, as if each step were a quiet line drawn on the floor.

Your arms move loosely. Your wrists are soft. When you reach for something, your fingers lead, gently curved. When you sit, your knees are together or crossed at the ankles, your back long, your hands resting lightly in your lap.

(pause)

Each time you sit or stand, you remember this feeling of lightness. You feel taller, lighter, more graceful. You catch yourself and smile. This isn't something you force. It is something you allow, a quiet decision to move with care.

(pause)

And each time you notice yourself standing gracefully, a small wave of pride runs through you. It feels lovely. It feels like coming home.

Part 5: The mirror

(gentle, encouraging)

Now picture a mirror in front of you. A tall, clean mirror. It reflects soft light. You step in front of it and look at yourself without judgement. You look as a friend would, kindly and curious.

(pause)

You see your face. Notice one thing you like. The line of your cheek. The shape of your eyes. The smoothness of your skin. You notice it, and you let that thought be warm.

You see your shoulders. Your hands. Your posture. You see a person who is learning, practising, and growing. You smile, and your reflection smiles back.

(pause)

Whatever you wear, whatever you feel, you can look at yourself with approval. You can say softly, "I like who I'm becoming." Say it in your mind now. I like who I'm becoming.

(pause)

Every time you look at a mirror from now on, you remember this kindness. Your inner voice becomes gentler. You see more of what you like. You stand a little straighter, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy being looked at, even if the only person looking is you.

Part 6: Anchor and closing

(low, slow)

I will give you a small anchor to tie it all together. Touch your thumb and forefinger together lightly. Feel the contact. That small touch will remind you of this calm, graceful, soft feeling. Whenever you press your fingers together and take a slow breath, you will feel a soft wave of this practice return, a gentle reminder to relax your throat, lift your posture and smile.

(pause)

Thumb and finger. Slow breath. Soft voice. Tall spine. Kind eyes. Good.

(brighter, counting up)

Now I will count from one to five. At five you will be wide awake, relaxed, and feeling good.

One... feeling your body again.

Two... movement in your fingers and toes.

Three... breathing deeper, energy returning.

Four... eyes beginning to open.

Five... eyes open, fully awake, relaxed and refreshed. Wonderful. Take a moment to stretch.

Recording tips

  1. Use a pop filter or a sock over a phone mic to soften hard consonants.
  2. Record at the same distance every time. Hand-width from the mic gives a warm, intimate sound.
  3. Read slowly in the first pass, then speed up slightly only if it drags.
  4. Leave real pauses. Count them in your head rather than guessing.
  5. Add soft background sound such as rain or a low hum at a quiet level if you like it. The sound should never hide your voice.
  6. Test the awakener at lower volume. Make sure the count up doesn't startle the listener.

Frequently asked questions

How long does this feminization hypnosis script take to read?

About twelve minutes at a pace of roughly 105 words a minute, including the pauses indicated by ellipses and stage directions. Reading faster reduces the effect, so slow down rather than trimming. The relaxation and awakener parts should never be cut.

Can I use the script for self-hypnosis?

Yes. Record yourself reading it slowly and play the recording back lying down with headphones. Alternatively, read each section silently and imagine it. A recording is generally easier because you can fully relax without thinking about the next line.

Will hypnosis change my voice?

Hypnosis does not alter your vocal anatomy. It helps you relax tension and rehearse a lighter, softer way of speaking. Real changes come from daily practice, so pair the session with five minutes of voice exercises and recordings of your progress.

How often should I use this script?

Two to four times a week works for most people, with daily micro-practice of voice and posture in between. Take a rest day if you feel mentally tired, and rotate with other themes so the sessions stay fresh.

Can I change the pronouns or names in the script?

Yes, and you should. Use the name and pronouns that feel right to the listener, and adjust vocabulary for tone. Keep the induction, safety lines and awakener intact, because they hold the structure that makes the session comfortable.
