Sissy Hypnosis Script for Beginners: A Full 10-Minute Script to Read Aloud
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-17 · 7 min read

This is a complete sissy hypnosis script for beginners that takes about ten minutes to read aloud at a calm pace. It has five parts: an induction, a deepener, suggestions, a trigger word and an awakener. You can read it to a partner, record it on your phone and play it back to yourself, or use it as a template for your own words.
Everything here is original and free to use. The tone is gentle, because first scripts should build comfort rather than push intensity. The listener stays in control the whole way: the script says so, and it ends with a clear return to normal awareness.
How to read this script
- Pace. About 110 words a minute, slower than conversation. Count three seconds at every ellipsis.
- Voice. Lower than usual, soft, close to the microphone if you are recording. Breathe out before each paragraph.
- Stage directions appear in italics. Don't read them aloud.
- Setting. The listener sits or lies down somewhere safe, with headphones if possible, and never while driving or doing anything that needs attention.
- Length. Roughly 1,100 words of spoken text, which lands near ten minutes with pauses.
If you want to hear how the same shape sounds in a finished recording, Sissy Hypnosis for Beginners and Start Here Part 1: First Drop follow a similar structure. For more on how induction works, see the hypnosis induction script guide.
The script
Part 1: Welcome and induction
(soft, unhurried)
Hello, pretty one. Settle in. Find a position where your body can be supported... a chair, a bed, a sofa... somewhere safe, somewhere quiet. You can close your eyes whenever you like. And you are always in control. If you ever want to stop, you open your eyes, and you are fully here.
(pause three seconds)
Take a slow breath in through your nose... and let it go through your mouth. Good. Again. In... and out. Let your shoulders drop as you breathe out. Let your jaw loosen. Let your tongue rest softly in your mouth.
(pause)
Now just notice your breathing without changing it. Each breath is a little softer than the last. And with each breath out, something lets go.
(pause)
Notice your feet. Let them be heavy. Notice your legs. Heavy and warm. Let that warmth rise through your hips... your stomach... your chest. Your arms feel loose. Your hands are soft. Your neck is long. Your face is smooth and relaxed.
(slow)
Good. With every breath you are drifting a little further down. You do not have to try. You do not have to do anything. All you need to do is listen to the sound of my voice, and let it carry you.
Part 2: Deepener
(lower voice, slower)
I am going to count down from ten. With each number, you sink a little deeper into this soft, safe place.
Ten... letting go of the day.
Nine... letting go of any thinking that wants to hold on.
Eight... sinking deeper into the comfort of the seat beneath you.
Seven... drifting.
Six... the sound of my voice is all you need.
Five... heavy and calm.
Four... deeper now, softer now.
Three... your mind slow and quiet.
Two... almost there.
One... all the way down. Deep, warm and peaceful.
(pause five seconds)
You're doing beautifully. There is nowhere to be. Nothing to prove. Only this.
Part 3: Safe place and acceptance
(warm)
Picture a room that feels like yours. Soft light. A deep, comfortable chair. A mirror on the wall that glows gently. This is a room where you can be exactly who you are, and nobody will judge you here.
Let yourself walk into the room. Feel the floor beneath your feet. Notice the colours. Notice a soft fabric on the chair... smooth, cool, gentle. You sit down, and your body sinks into it.
(pause)
In this room there is a part of you that has always been soft. A part that likes pretty things. A part that likes to be told what to do by a calm voice. A part that enjoys being gentle, and graceful, and good.
You don't have to explain it. You don't have to fix it. Part of you can just be, and part of you can just listen.
Part 4: Suggestions
(slower, rhythmic)
Every time you listen to my voice, you find it easier to relax. Every time you relax, you feel a little more at home in your softness. And every time you feel at home in your softness, you feel a little prouder of who you are.
(pause)
When you let yourself be soft, you feel calm. When you let yourself be graceful, you feel warm. When you do what you are told by a voice that cares about you, you feel safe, and pleasantly empty of worry.
(pause)
You are a good girl in this room. A good, sweet, obedient girl who enjoys following simple, gentle instructions. And each time you follow a simple instruction, a little glow spreads through your chest. That is your reward. That glow is yours.
(pause)
Now picture yourself in front of the mirror. Pretty colours. Soft clothes. Smooth skin. Your posture is straight and light. Your hands move gracefully. Your voice is gentle. You smile at your reflection, and your reflection smiles back at you with approval.
(pause)
Notice how good it feels to be seen like this. Notice how natural it feels. Notice the quiet pride rising in your chest. You deserve this. You deserve to enjoy it. You deserve to feel soft and good without apology.
Part 5: Trigger word
(measured, clear)
I am going to give you a word, just for you. Whenever you hear this word in my voice or in your own mind, you will remember how it feels to be here, soft and calm and open. The word is: pink.
Pink.
(pause)
Every time you hear that word, or say it quietly to yourself, a wave of softness passes through your body. Your shoulders drop. Your breathing slows. Your mind goes quiet. Pink. Soft and warm and easy.
(pause)
And you will only feel this when it is safe and when you choose to. If you are driving, working or doing anything that needs your attention, the word will have no effect except a small, private smile. You decide when it works. Always.
(pause)
Pink. Say it in your mind with me. Pink. Good. Feel it settle.
Part 6: Awakener
(brighter, gradually louder)
In a moment I will count up from one to five. As I count, your body wakes, your mind becomes clear, and you carry the calm with you.
One... feeling the room around you. Beginning to move your fingers and toes.
Two... breathing a little deeper, energy returning.
Three... your head is clear, your body feels light and relaxed.
Four... almost fully awake, feeling refreshed and good.
Five... eyes open, wide awake, fully back in the room. Stretch if you like. Take a deep breath. Well done, sweet one.
(final line, warm)
You did beautifully. Drink some water. Come back to me when you're ready.
Delivery tips
- Silence is part of the script. New readers rush. If you think a pause is too long, double it.
- Use real transitions. The sentence "With each breath out, something lets go" links the previous paragraph to the next. Don't read paragraphs as separate blocks.
- Speak the suggestions in the present tense. "You feel calm" is stronger than "You will feel calm."
- Record once, then listen back. Mark anything that sounds rushed. Re-record those lines only.
- Keep the awakener lively. The shift from slow to bright gives the listener a clear signal that the session is over.
- Write your own trigger. Pink is a placeholder. Try a colour, a scent, a favourite word. Sissy Hypnosis With One Trigger Word shows a different approach, and the triggers and anchors path goes deeper.
What to do after the script

- Wait a few minutes before standing, then drink water.
- Write one sentence about what stood out. It becomes feedback for your next version.
- Repeat for a week if you like, then add a second script. A seven-day cycle is a good start; the how to start sissy training guide gives pacing advice.
- Vary the theme. The sissy hypnosis ideas list holds thirty themes, from mirror work to voice practice.
For a short version when you only have five minutes, try Sissy Hypnosis in Five Minutes. For a structured series with lessons, the Sissy Academy path is the place to start.
Adapting the script
- Shorter: cut Part 3 and shorten the suggestions to one paragraph.
- Longer: add a second countdown, repeat the trigger, or insert a body-scan before the deepener.
- More feminine focus: add a paragraph about voice softness or posture. See the feminization hypnosis script for that angle.
- Different tone: change "sweet one" to whatever you want to be called. Names matter, so choose one that suits you.
Frequently asked questions
Can I read a sissy hypnosis script to my partner?
Yes. Agree beforehand which suggestions are welcome, read slowly in a low voice, and keep the safety lines in the induction and awakener. Ask afterwards how it felt and adjust the wording next time. Never read it to someone who is driving or has not agreed.
How long does it take to read this script?
About ten minutes at roughly 110 words a minute, including pauses. If you read at normal speaking pace it will be closer to six or seven, which is too fast for good induction, so slow down and count the pauses.
Do I need to memorise the script?
No. Read it from a page or screen. Practise once beforehand so you know where the pauses fall. If you record it, you can stop and redo any line without anyone noticing.
Can I change the trigger word?
Yes. Pick any short word that feels calm, such as a colour or a scent word, and say it three times in the script. Add a safety line so it only works when it is safe and chosen, then use it consistently in future sessions.
Is it safe to record and listen to myself?
Yes, as long as you listen somewhere safe and never while driving. You remain in control, can open your eyes at any point and end the session. Many people find their own voice relaxing once they get past the first awkward playback.
