JOI Script: A Free Audio Jerk Off Instruction Script With Edges and a Countdown

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-13 · 7 min read

joi script
This free JOI script is an F4M audio jerk off instruction session: a teasing, controlling woman sets the pace, takes the listener through three edges with stops, then finishes with a 10-to-0 countdown and short aftercare. It reads aloud in about 15-18 minutes and is free to read, record or perform.

This JOI script is a complete audio jerk off instruction session, written for a female performer and a male listener. She controls the pace from the first stroke, takes him to the edge three times, makes him stop and hold, and only then gives a countdown. It runs 15-18 minutes read aloud. It's explicit in what it asks for and teasing in how it asks, which is the register most listeners want from audio JOI.

(close, low, amused; she takes her time)

You found me. Good. I've been waiting for you to get comfortable. Are you lying down? Pants off? Mm. I thought so.

Here's how this goes. You don't touch until I say. When I say stop, you let go completely. Hands off. When I say slow, I mean slower than you think. And you don't finish until I count you down to zero. If you finish early, that's on you, and you'll start again tomorrow. Understood?

(pause)

Good boy. Lube where you can reach it. Take a breath for me. Let your hands rest on your thighs. Not there. On your thighs.

(pause, teasing)

I can tell you're already hard. You were hard before you pressed play. That's fine. I like knowing you came here ready for me.

Now. Take hold of it. Just hold. Don't move your hand yet. Feel how warm you are. Feel how much you want to move. Don't.

(pause, 4 seconds)

Okay. Slowly. One long stroke from the base to the tip. And back down. Slower. I said slower. Good.

(she sets a rhythm with her voice; one beat per stroke, slow)

Up... and down. Up... and down. Match my voice. Every time I breathe, one stroke. Up... and down.

That's it. Nice and slow. You're going to want to speed up. I know you are. You're not going to. You're going to stay right on my pace, because that's what good boys do.

(pause; softer)

Tell me how it feels. No, don't tell me. I can hear it in your breathing. Keep going. Up... and down.

(a little faster)

Okay. I'm going to let you go a little faster. Only a little. Stroke, stroke, stroke, stroke. Keep it there. Keep it steady. Grip a little tighter. Mm. That's better, isn't it?

(teasing)

Think about my hand instead of yours. My fingers. My nails dragging just lightly along you. My voice right here in your ear telling you exactly how fast you get to go. Stroke, stroke, stroke.

(faster)

Faster now. Faster. Keep up with me. Don't stop. Feel it building. Feel it climbing up into your stomach. Good boy. Faster. You're getting close. I can hear it. Closer. Closer.

(sharp)

Stop. Hands off. Let go.

(pause, 6 seconds; amused)

Oh, that was hard, wasn't it. Look at you twitching. Breathe. Hands on your thighs. Don't touch it. Let it calm down a little. Not all the way. Just a little.

That was edge number one. You did so well. You let go the second I said. That's exactly what I want.

(pause, 10 seconds)

Take hold again. Slowly this time. Back to the slow pace. Up... and down. Up... and down. Everything feels more now, doesn't it? More sensitive. Every stroke louder than before.

(she lets it build again)

Let's change it up. Short strokes, just at the top. Just the head. Little quick strokes. Tight grip. Right there. Don't go all the way down. Stay at the top for me.

(pause)

Now long again. All the way down. All the way up. Mm. Alternate for me. Short, short, short. Long. Short, short, short. Long. Keep listening. You don't get to stop listening.

(faster)

Faster. Long strokes, fast. Fast. Fast. Good boy. Right to the edge. I want you right on the edge. Closer. Closer. Hold it there. Right there.

(sharp)

Stop. Let go. Hands off.

(pause, 8 seconds; whispering)

That's two. You're shaking. I love it when you shake. Breathe slowly for me. In. Out. You're so close and I'm not letting you have it yet.

(teasing)

You're probably leaking now. Good. That's what being edged by me looks like. Don't touch it. Just feel it throb. Feel how badly it wants my permission.

(pause, 10 seconds)

Take hold. This time we go straight to fast. No warm-up. Grip it tight and go. Go. Faster. Faster. Don't think. Just stroke. Stroke for me. Stroke for me.

(fast, breathy)

That's it. That's it. Right up to the edge. Right to the very top. Stay there. Stay right there. Don't you dare go over. Hold it. Hold it.

(pause, 3 seconds)

Stop. Hands off. Now.

(pause, 10 seconds; warm praise)

Three. Three edges. Every single one, you stopped when I told you. Do you know how good that is? You've earned something now.

(close, low)

Take hold one last time. Slow first. Long, slow strokes. Feel all three of those edges stacked up inside you. All that pressure. All that need. It's all going to come out for me in a minute. But only on my count.

(building)

Faster now. A little faster. Good. Keep going. Keep that pace. You're climbing so fast this time. I can hear it. Don't go over yet. Not until zero. If you reach the edge before I get there, you hold it. You hold it for me.

(she begins; each number on a stroke, slow at first then faster)

Ten. Keep stroking.

Nine. Good boy.

Eight. Faster.

Seven. Right on the edge.

Six. Hold it. Hold it.

Five. Halfway. Don't you dare.

(faster)

Four. Almost.

Three. Faster. Faster.

Two. Right at the top.

One. Hold it. Hold it for me.

(pause, 2 seconds)

Zero. Cum for me. Now. Let it all go. All of it. Good boy. Good boy. Keep stroking through it. Every drop.

(pause, 10 seconds; soft, slow)

There. Shh. Breathe. Let your hand go slow. Let it go still.

(aftercare; warm)

You did so well. Three edges and you waited for zero. I'm proud of you. Lie still for a minute. Feel how heavy your body is. Let your breathing come back down.

When you're ready, clean up, drink some water, and come back to me another night. Next time I might give you four.

(soft laugh)

Goodnight.

(end)

How to perform a JOI script

  1. Your voice is the metronome. Practise the slow, medium and fast rhythms before recording. Keep each section's tempo steady; drifting tempo is the most common JOI complaint.
  2. Make stop sharper than everything else. A clear, slightly louder Stop with a clean silence after it is what makes edging work. Don't soften it.
  3. Time the rests. Six to ten seconds of silence after each stop. Count them; it's longer than you think.
  4. Count unevenly at the end. Slow numbers on the way down to five, then quicker from four to one, with a held beat before zero.
  5. Keep the aftercare. Twenty seconds of warmth after zero turns a tease into an experience people come back to. I explain why in aftercare after hypnosis, and it applies to JOI just as much.

JOI script variations

JOI script variations, Aria Wilde

Once you have the core structure, small changes produce very different sessions. These are the ones listeners ask for most:

VariationWhat changesEffect
More edgesadd edges four and five, each shorter restlonger, more intense build
Ruined endingat zero, hands off immediatelyfrustration, a classic denial finish
Denial endingfinal stop, no countdown, sleeppure tease and denial
Random countnumbers repeat or go back upkeeps the listener guessing
Off-hand onlynon-dominant hand for the whole sessionslower, more controlled
Praise-heavyadd praise after every stopsofter, girlfriend-style JOI
Strictpenalties for early finish (start over tomorrow, extra days)firmer femdom feel

A random count is the easiest way to raise the intensity without adding length: count down to three, go back up to six, then down again. Use it only once per session or it stops being a surprise.

The ruined ending replaces cum for me with hands off, now exactly at the point of no return. It belongs in sessions where the listener knows to expect it; springing it on a first-time listener reads as a broken promise. Mark it in the tags.

For longer sessions, add one slow edge between the second and third, with a full minute of stillness afterwards. The silence carries the session; don't fill it.

Tips for listeners

Use lube; three edges without it is uncomfortable. If you go over before zero, that's normal on the first few tries. Restart another day rather than rushing it. If stopping is the part you enjoy most, that's the core of tease and denial, and the rules in my tease and denial rules guide build on it. Long, repeated sessions like this are also where gooning comes from.

Frequently asked questions

What is a JOI script?

A JOI script is the written text for a jerk off instruction session: a performer tells the listener when to start, how fast to stroke, when to stop and when to finish. In audio JOI the voice acts as the metronome and the countdown, so the script includes pace cues, pauses and edge points as stage directions.

How long should a JOI audio be?

Most audio JOI runs 10-25 minutes. Under ten minutes leaves little room for edging; over half an hour usually turns into a gooning or denial session. This script runs 15-18 minutes with three edges, which suits most listeners on a first listen.

What does edging mean in a JOI script?

Edging means bringing yourself close to orgasm and stopping just before it, then letting the arousal settle slightly before building again. In JOI the performer calls each edge with a stop command. Repeated edges tend to make the final release stronger.

What if I finish before the countdown?

It happens, especially on the first try or after a long break. Treat it as information rather than failure: next time stop earlier, lighten your grip during fast sections and take the full rest after each stop. The script says to start again another day, which keeps the game going.

Can I change the script to a denial ending?

Yes. Replace the countdown with a final stop and an instruction to let go and go to sleep without finishing. That turns the session into tease and denial. Keep the aftercare paragraph either way, since denial endings benefit from warmth even more.
