Sissy Maid Rules: A Practical Rule Set for Service, Uniform and Standards

By · updated 2026-11-06 · 5 min read

sissy maid rules
Sissy maid rules are a short written list that sets how a sissy dresses, speaks, serves and reports during a maid scene or routine. Good rules are specific, measurable and agreed in advance, so both people know when they were kept. Start with five rules and review them weekly.

Sissy maid rules are the written standards that turn a vague fantasy into a routine you can both feel. A rule is not a mood. It is a sentence like "Uniform on before the first chore" that is either kept or not kept, and that difference is what makes the dynamic satisfying for the one giving orders and clarifying for the one following them.

I write rules for my sissies the way I would write a work schedule for someone I want to succeed: short, concrete, and tied to something that happens at a set time. If you already know the basics of the role, the sissy maid training guide covers the weekly routine. This page is only about the rules.

What makes a maid rule good

A rule works when it passes four checks.

Everything below follows those four checks. Take what fits and cut the rest.

The uniform rules

The uniform rules, Aria Wilde

The uniform is the anchor. It tells your head that the scene has begun, and removing it ends the scene cleanly. Typical uniform rules:

  1. The uniform goes on in a fixed order, starting with the same item every time. Order creates a ritual, and rituals make the shift into role easier. The parts and fabrics are covered in the sissy maid outfit guide.
  2. Hair, nails and skin are presentable before the uniform goes on. Fresh, clean and moisturised is the whole standard.
  3. Hosiery and shoes stay on for the full session. Comfortable flats are a legitimate choice for long chores.
  4. The apron is the last item on and the first off. It marks the line between "serving" and "finished".
  5. No jewellery or accessories that catch on things or get in the way of cleaning.

Fit matters more than fantasy. A seam that cuts, a collar that restricts breathing or a shoe that hurts is a reason to adjust the rule, not to endure it.

Rules for speech and manner

Speech rules do the most work per word. A few lines are enough.

That last line is the safety valve. A sissy who cannot step out of role to say "my knee hurts" will eventually stop enjoying the game.

Rules for service and chores

Choose tasks that are easy to judge. Wiping a table until it is clear of marks is judgeable; "make the house nice" is not.

If the household includes other people, keep service private and the visible parts of the routine ordinary. A maid scene is for the two of you.

Rules for posture and movement

Posture is where a uniform becomes a role. Pick two or three:

Posture rules have a bonus: they are physically noticeable, so you feel the role in your body even when your mind is elsewhere.

Inspection rules

Inspection rules, Aria Wilde

An inspection is a short, structured check, usually before and after a session. It gives the rule set a heartbeat.

  1. The sissy presents in the doorway and turns slowly once.
  2. The Mistress checks the list: uniform complete, nails and skin presentable, hosiery straight.
  3. Anything missed is named calmly. The correction is a consequence from the agreed list, never an improvised punishment.
  4. The inspection ends with a spoken line of acceptance: "Approved. You may begin."

If you want a ready-made scene around this, the sissy maid roleplay script has the wording.

Consequences and rewards

Rules without consequences are suggestions, and consequences without rewards are cruelty. Agree both before the first session.

SituationConsequenceReward when kept
Late to startExtra chore addedShorter chore list next time
Posture slipHold position for a few minutesVerbal praise
Speech slipRepeat the line correctly three timesSitting rights during review
Incomplete taskRedo the taskEnd-of-session acknowledgment

Keep consequences small, mild and physically safe. Writing lines, holding a posture, repeating a phrase and extra tasks are enough. If you want more options, look at sissy punishment ideas and keep them inside what you negotiated.

Writing and reviewing the list

Writing and reviewing the list, Aria Wilde

Put the list on one page. Number the rules. Add the date and a line that says both of you agreed to it. Then schedule a short review, once a week or after every third session, with three questions:

  1. Which rule felt best to keep?
  2. Which rule felt like a chore in the bad sense?
  3. What should change before next time?

Rules that felt empty should be rewritten or dropped. A smaller set that gets followed beats a long list that gets ignored.

A starter set of five

If you want a ready set, copy this and adjust it:

  1. Uniform on in the same order each time, apron last.
  2. Greet with the title and a curtsy; address every instruction with "Yes, Ma'am."
  3. Soft voice and full sentences while in role.
  4. One written task list per session, reported on completion.
  5. Inspection before and after; corrections come from the agreed list.

Run those for two weeks, then adjust. If you want the feeling of being guided through the first steps, the Sissy Academy path starts you with free audio lessons, and Start Here is the shortest way in.

Frequently asked questions

How many rules should a sissy maid have?

Five to eight is a good range. Fewer than five gives little structure, and more than eight becomes a checklist nobody can keep. Start with five, run them for two weeks and add one only when a gap appears.

Should the rules be written down?

Yes. A written, dated list removes arguments about what was agreed and makes weekly review easy. Keep it to one page, and let both people sign or initial it as a sign of consent.

What happens when a maid rule is broken?

Use the consequence you agreed on beforehand, calmly and in proportion: an extra chore, lines or a held posture. Never invent a harsher punishment in the moment, and never use consequences when either of you is angry.

Can maid rules apply outside of play?

Only if you both want that and the rules are private and harmless. Many couples keep them to scheduled sessions, which keeps the role special and avoids conflict with ordinary life.

How do I stop the rules from becoming boring?

Rotate one rule every few weeks, change the task list, and review honestly. Boredom usually means the rule no longer matches the energy of the scene.
