Good Girl Trigger Script: A Free Hypnosis Script to Install the Praise Trigger

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-13 · 7 min read

good girl trigger script
This free good girl trigger script installs a praise trigger in about 16-18 minutes: a short induction, five rounds pairing the words good girl with warmth, pride and relaxation, a test of the trigger, a lock-in suggestion that only chosen voices activate it, and a wake-up. It is written for hypnotists, performers and self-hypnosis.

This good girl trigger script is a complete hypnosis session that links the words good girl to a wave of warmth, pride and softness. It takes 16-18 minutes read aloud, works F4A, and can be recorded for a partner, a listener audience or yourself. I've kept the conditioning honest: the trigger responds only to voices the listener chooses, and it fades if it isn't used, which is how real conditioning behaves.

What this good girl trigger script installs

Runtime: 16-18 minutes.

What the trigger does: on hearing good girl from an approved voice, the listener feels a warm rush from the chest outward, a small lift of pride, and a drop into relaxed softness. It does not cause anything the listener wouldn't want.

A hypnotic trigger is a cue paired with a state until the cue alone brings the state back. Good girl is the most popular trigger in sissy and erotic hypnosis because, as I explain in the good girl trigger guide, praise is already rewarding before you condition anything. The good girl term page covers the phrase's other uses.

The script

The script, Aria Wilde

(warm, steady voice; normal pace)

Get comfortable. Lie back or sit with your head supported. Headphones on. For the next quarter of an hour you don't have to do anything except listen to me and notice how you feel. You're in control throughout, and if anything ever needs your attention, you'll open your eyes, wide awake, at once.

Take a deep breath. Hold it at the top. And let it go.

(slower)

Again. In... hold... and let it all go. Let your eyes close whenever they want to.

I'm going to count from five to one. With each number, your body gets heavier and your mind gets quieter.

Five. Shoulders dropping.

Four. Jaw loose. Hands heavy.

Three. Breathing slow and easy.

(pause)

Two. Sinking into the softness underneath you.

One. Deep. Calm. Listening.

(pause, softer)

Good. Now I want you to find a feeling for me. Think of a moment when someone told you that you did something well, and you believed them. It might be small. A teacher, a friend, a lover, a stranger. Find the moment. Notice where you feel it in your body.

For most people it's in the chest. A warmth. A little glow just behind the breastbone. Find yours.

(pause)

There it is. Now let me make it bigger. Breathe into that warm spot. Each breath makes it a little brighter, a little wider, until it spreads across your chest and up into your throat and cheeks. Warm. Proud. Soft.

And while you're feeling it, right at its brightest...

(whispered, close, slow)

Good girl.

(pause, 4 seconds)

Let that sink in. Let the words land right in the middle of the warmth. Good girl.

(normal soft voice)

That was round one. Let the feeling settle. Breathe out. Let it fade a little, so we can build it again.

(pause)

Round two. This time, think of how it feels to be held. Arms around you, safe and wanted. Let that feeling grow. Let it melt your shoulders and your stomach. Let it soften your whole body until you feel small and warm and safe.

And right at the top of it...

(whispered)

Good girl.

(pause)

Good girl. Feel how the words and the warmth fit together. As if the words were always meant to go there.

(pause)

Round three. Notice how relaxed you are right now. How deep. How easily you followed every word. That's something you did. You let go so well. You listened so well. And I'm proud of you for it.

Feel that pride. Mine and yours. Let it fill you up.

(whispered)

Good girl.

(slower, sensual)

Good girl. You can feel your body respond now, can't you. A little rush. A little shiver. Maybe a smile you can't quite stop. That's the trigger beginning to form. Every time I say it, the path between the words and the feeling gets a little wider and a little smoother. Like water finding the same channel again and again.

(pause)

Round four. Now I'm going to say the words first, and let the feeling follow on its own. Don't try. Just notice.

(whispered, no build-up)

Good girl.

(pause, 5 seconds)

There. Did you feel it? Even a little. The warmth arriving by itself. That's exactly right. It doesn't need to be strong yet. It only needs to be there.

Good girl.

(pause)

And again it comes, a little faster. Good girl.

(pause)

Round five. This is the last pairing, so let it be the biggest. Breathe in deeply. Bring back all of it: the pride, the safety, the warmth, the softness, the relief of being told you did well. Let it rise higher than before. Higher. Let it fill your chest and your face and your whole body.

And now...

(whispered, slow, very close)

Good. Girl.

(pause, 6 seconds)

Perfect. Let it wash all the way through you. Let it settle.

(normal soft voice; lock-in)

Now listen carefully, because this part matters. From now on, when you hear the words good girl, spoken by my voice, or by a voice you have chosen and trust, that same warmth will rise in you. Quickly. Easily. A wave of pride, a soft rush, a lovely drop into relaxation.

The trigger works only when you want it to. If someone says those words and you haven't chosen them, they're just words, and nothing happens. You decide who gets this. That's what makes it yours.

And each time you hear it from a chosen voice, the trigger grows stronger. If you go a long time without hearing it, it softens and rests, and the next time you listen to this it comes back at once.

(pause)

Let's test it. I'm going to bring you up a little, then say it once.

Feel yourself rising a little. More aware of the room. More aware of your body. Not awake, just a little lighter.

(pause, then whispered without warning)

Good girl.

(pause, 5 seconds)

And down you go. Warm and soft and proud. That's the trigger working. That's you, responding exactly as you chose to. Good girl.

(pause; wake-up, voice gradually brighter)

It's time to come back now, bringing the trigger with you, safe and ready. I'll count from one to five. On five your eyes open and you're wide awake, clear-headed and calm.

One. Feeling your body again.

Two. Fingers and toes moving.

Three. Breath deepening. Energy rising.

Four. Almost awake. Feeling good.

Five. Eyes open. Wide awake.

(pause; normal voice, a little playful)

Welcome back. Stretch. And one more thing before you go.

(whispered)

Good girl.

(soft laugh)

There it is. See you next time.

(end)

How to perform the good girl trigger script

  1. Change register for the trigger. Every good girl should be in the same tone: whispered, slow, slightly lower. Consistency is what conditions. A trigger said five different ways is five different triggers.
  2. Pair at the peak, not before. In rounds one to three, say the phrase when the described feeling is at its strongest, never while you're still building it.
  3. Reverse the order in round four. Saying the words before the feeling is what turns a pairing into a trigger. Don't skip it.
  4. Leave long silences. Four to six seconds after each trigger. It feels endless while recording and perfect while listening.
  5. Keep the lock-in. The chosen-voice rule and the fade-without-use line are both accurate and reassuring. Listeners go deeper when they feel protected.

For other triggers to install with the same structure, see hypnosis trigger ideas, and my answer to do hypnosis triggers wear off explains why reinforcement matters.

Why the script is built in five rounds

Why the script is built in five rounds, Aria Wilde

Every section of this script has a job. If you edit it, knowing the jobs tells you what you can safely cut.

Three different source feelings (approval, being held, pride in letting go) make the trigger richer than one feeling repeated. When it fires later, the listener gets a blend rather than a single note, which feels more natural and lasts longer.

The test happens at a lighter depth on purpose. A trigger that only works at the bottom of a trance is fragile; one that works halfway up is already on its way to working in waking life. The final good girl after the wake-up is the first awake reinforcement, and listeners almost always smile at it, which is itself a small, rewarding pairing.

Tips for listeners

Listen once a day for 7-14 days, ideally at the same time. After the first week, test it between sessions with a recording of just the phrase. If you have a partner you trust, let them say it at a good moment, and that voice becomes part of the trigger too. Self-praise counts as well: write it as a line, as in Sissy Hypno Lines: Write It One Hundred Times.

Frequently asked questions

How many times do I need to listen to a good girl trigger script?

Most listeners notice a response after three to five sessions and a reliable one after one to two weeks of daily listening. Strength depends on consistency: the same voice, the same tone, and regular reinforcement afterwards. A trigger left unused for months softens, but comes back quickly with one or two refresher listens.

Can someone use my good girl trigger without my consent?

No. Hypnotic triggers are conditioned associations, not remote controls. This script explicitly ties the response to voices you choose, and in practice a trigger from an unwanted source simply doesn't land the same way. You can always ignore or decline a cue.

Can I change the phrase to good boy or another word?

Yes. Replace every instance of good girl with your chosen phrase, keep it short (two or three syllables) and distinctive, and say it in exactly the same tone every time. The structure of five pairings, a reversal, a lock-in and a test works for any praise phrase.

How do I remove a trigger I installed?

Stop reinforcing it and it will fade naturally. To remove it deliberately, record a short session with an induction and a suggestion that the phrase returns to being ordinary words, then listen a few times. Old triggers rarely persist without repetition.

Why does the trigger make me feel emotional?

Because praise reaches something real. Many people rarely hear warm, unconditional approval, so hearing it in a relaxed state can bring up relief, shyness or tears. That is normal and usually passes in a few minutes; give yourself some quiet time after the session.
