Sissy Contract: Template, Clauses and How It Differs From a D/s Contract

By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-18 · 6 min read

sissy contract
A sissy contract is a written agreement between a sissy and a domme or partner that covers wardrobe, tasks, chastity, privacy, review dates and limits. It differs from a general D/s contract by being specific about feminization. It is a negotiating tool, not a legal document, and either side can end it at any time.

A sissy contract puts into words what a feminization dynamic already is: who decides what you wear, what you practise, how you are rewarded and corrected, and what is never on the table. People often ask whether it is "real". It is real in the way a shared plan is real. It has no legal force, and its value comes from the conversation that produces it and the clarity it gives both sides afterwards.

Sissy contract versus a general D/s contract

A general D/s contract covers power, protocol and boundaries in broad strokes: titles, obedience, punishments, safewords. If you want that format, start with the femdom contract template or the FLR agreements examples. A sissy contract adds the pieces that only apply to feminization.

TopicGeneral D/s contractSissy contract
RolesDominant and submissiveDomme, partner or mentor and sissy, plus the name for her
ClothingRarely coveredWardrobe rules, what is worn when, who buys
TrainingObedience tasksVoice, posture, grooming, makeup, hypnosis
PrivacyConfidentialityWho knows, photos, how she is referred to out loud
HumiliationOptional limitSpecific words, scenes and levels allowed
ChastitySometimesOften a section on its own
ReviewPeriodicFixed dates, with a "what to change" step

The extra detail matters because feminization is intensely personal. A dynamic can hold up well in general and still fall apart over one unspoken assumption, such as whether the sissy may be photographed or whether clothes are worn outside the house.

Before you write a word

Before you write a word, Aria Wilde

Have the conversation first. Sit down together, not in the middle of a scene, and each answer these:

  1. What do I want from this, in one sentence?
  2. What am I excited by, curious about and afraid of?
  3. What are my hard limits and soft limits?
  4. What will make me stop the whole thing?
  5. How much time and attention can I give this each week?

A hard limit is never negotiated away, a soft limit may be explored slowly and with a check-in. If you need a structure for the discussion, use the negotiation checklist. Hearing your own answers read back is the point of the exercise; the paper is a by-product.

The clauses to include

1. Parties and names

Who the agreement is between and what each is called inside it. Include the name the sissy uses and whether that name is private.

2. Purpose and spirit

Two sentences on why you are doing this. "To help me grow into my feminine side with structure and affection" is better than a legal-sounding preamble. Disputes get settled by returning to purpose.

3. Wardrobe

Be specific: what is worn under clothes on workdays, which items are agreed purchases, who chooses outfits for special occasions, what happens with items the sissy wishes to throw away. Cover the question of dressing outside the home. The wardrobe section is where most disagreements start, so spell it out.

4. Tasks and training

Frequency and format of the work. For example: skincare nightly, listening to training audio four times a week (files like obedience training fit here), a weekly voice exercise, a Sunday inspection. Reduce the vague "obey" into measurable things.

5. Rewards and consequences

Both are specified in advance. Rewards might be praise, a favourite outfit, a longer session or a chosen file. Consequences might be extra tasks, lines, a pause in privileges or a corner-time ritual. Nothing should be improvised in anger, and nothing should break your agreed limits. See the rules list guide for ideas.

6. Chastity and orgasm

If chastity is part of it, record the device, the schedule, the key holder, release rules, and the emergency procedure. The chastity rules list has wording you can adapt, and the chastity path explains the training logic behind it. A clause like "the sissy may request removal for any medical reason, no questions asked" protects everyone.

7. Privacy and photos

Who knows. What may be recorded. How images are stored and when they are deleted. What happens if the relationship ends. If any of that is uncertain, the answer should default to no.

8. Limits and safewords

List hard limits. State the safeword system (a traffic-light system works for most), and say plainly that any word or gesture to stop is honoured immediately and without punishment.

9. Time, review and renewal

Set a term, such as three months, and a review meeting each month. At the review each person says what is working, what to change and what to drop. Changes are written in, dated and signed again.

10. Exit

Either party can end the contract at any time, for any reason. State the process: a conversation, a cooling-off week, returning shared items, a clean end. A contract without an exit is a trap, not a contract.

A compact template

A compact template, Aria Wilde

> Sissy Agreement between [Name], called [Domme/Partner], and [Name], called [Sissy name]. > > Purpose. To support [Sissy name] in exploring her femininity with structure, affection and respect. > > Wardrobe. [Sissy name] wears [items] on [days]. New purchases are chosen together. Items are kept in [place]. > > Training. Skincare nightly. Listening to agreed audio [number] times weekly. A written journal entry each Sunday. > > Rewards. [list]. Consequences. [list], never beyond agreed limits. > > Chastity. [Yes/No/Details], key holder [name], release on [schedule]. Removal on request for health. > > Privacy. No photos leave this house. [Sissy name] is called by her name only in private. > > Limits. Hard limits: [list]. Soft limits: [list]. Safewords: [words]. > > Review. Monthly on [date]. Term: [dates]. Either party may end this agreement at any time. > > Signed and dated: ____

Keep it to a page or two. Longer contracts get ignored.

Signing it and using it in practice

Read it aloud, change anything that does not feel right, and only then sign. Make two copies. A small ritual helps: the signature in a particular pen, a line of the pledge spoken, a gift to mark the occasion. A pledge of your own can sit beside the contract as the personal half.

Some couples add an audio element. Listening to a file where the promise is repeated in my voice can reinforce it, as in the signature session and the one where you already said yes, which are built to deepen a decision you have already made, never to create one you have not.

Worked example: three clauses written out

Worked example: three clauses written out, Aria Wilde

Vague wording is the main reason contracts fail, so here is what specific looks like.

Wardrobe (vague): "The sissy wears feminine clothing." Wardrobe (specific): "On weekdays she wears panties under her work clothes. On Saturdays she wears a skirt or dress from 6 pm until bed. New items are bought together and kept in the green box in the bedroom wardrobe."

Chastity (vague): "The sissy is kept locked." Chastity (specific): "The sissy wears her cage from Monday morning to Friday evening. The key is kept by the domme. Release is on Friday after the weekly review, provided the weekly tasks are complete. The cage comes off the same day if there is pain, numbness, a rash or a medical need."

Privacy (vague): "Nobody finds out." Privacy (specific): "Photos are taken only on the domme's phone, stored in a locked folder and deleted when the relationship ends. The sissy's feminine name is used only in private or in messages on the agreed account."

Notice how each specific version answers who, what, when and what happens if something goes wrong. That is the standard to aim for in every clause.

Renegotiating and ending

Check in at every review and again if circumstances change: a new job, a baby, a move, illness. Reduce the scope, slow it down, or pause. A contract works best when it bends before it breaks. If one side wants out, the other lets them go with grace and returns what belongs to them. The Sissy Academy path can continue on its own, with no contract at all, which is a valid way to go.

When a written contract is not useful

When a written contract is not useful, Aria Wilde

Some people do not like paperwork. If a contract feels cold, use a verbal agreement, a shared note or an annual letter to each other. The goal is the same: clarity, consent and a record you can return to. What does not work is leaving key items undefined and hoping they sort themselves out.

Frequently asked questions

Is a sissy contract legally binding?

No. It is a record of mutual intentions and consent between adults, not an enforceable legal document. Its value is clarity. Either side can end it at any time.

What should a sissy contract include?

Names, purpose, wardrobe, tasks and training, rewards and consequences, chastity terms if any, privacy and photo rules, hard and soft limits, safewords, a review date and a clear exit clause.

How is a sissy contract different from a D/s contract?

It adds the feminization details a general contract skips: wardrobe rules, voice and grooming training, naming, humiliation limits, privacy for photos and who may know, and often chastity.

How long should a sissy contract last?

Three months is a common term with monthly reviews. Short terms keep the agreement honest and give both sides a natural moment to adjust or stop.

Can I have a sissy contract without a partner?

Yes. A self-contract works like a long pledge: you set tasks, limits, rewards and a review date, and sign it yourself. It gives structure without needing anyone else.
