Sissy Rules List: 50 Rules for Posture, Dress, Speech, Chastity and Obedience
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-08 · 6 min read

Rules are the backbone of sissy training. A file can make you feel something for twenty minutes; a rule makes you live it on a Tuesday afternoon. But a sissy rules list is only useful if you pick from it wisely. Fifty rules taken all at once will collapse in three days. Three rules chosen well can reshape a whole month. Below are fifty rules grouped by area, followed by the method I use to help listeners choose the ones that actually stick.
How to Use This Sissy Rules List
Read through all five groups and mark every rule that gives you a small flutter: excitement, nerves, or both. Then go to the section on picking rules and narrow your marks down to three to five. Each rule is tagged with a difficulty:
- (E) easy, invisible, possible from day one
- (M) medium, needs some privacy or planning
- (H) hard, needs established habits or a private home
If you are completely new, read how to start sissy training before choosing anything harder than (E).
Posture and Movement Rules

- Sit with your knees together whenever you are seated. (E)
- Cross your legs at the ankle, not the knee, when alone. (E)
- Keep your hands in your lap or folded when not using them. (E)
- Take shorter steps at home and place one foot in front of the other. (M)
- Never sprawl on the sofa; sit upright or curl your legs beneath you. (E)
- Tilt your head slightly when listening to someone. (E)
- Pick things up by bending at the knees, back straight. (E)
- Stand with your weight on one hip when waiting alone. (M)
- Practise your walk for five minutes before your evening session. (M)
- Hold cups and glasses with your fingers, not your whole fist. (E)
Posture rules are the best foundation because nobody notices them and you can keep them all day. If sitting is your starting point, use how to sit like a lady and the guided Sissy Training: Sit Like a Lady.
Dress and Grooming Rules
- Wear panties at home every evening. (M)
- Wear panties under your clothes at least one full day a week. (M)
- Moisturise your face and hands every night. (E)
- Keep a chosen area shaved or trimmed at all times. (M)
- Sleep in something soft and feminine. (M)
- Paint your toenails and keep them painted. (M)
- Wear something pink every day, even if no one can see it. (E)
- Put on your feminine clothes before every session, never after. (M)
- Fold and store your feminine items neatly, as a ritual. (E)
- Wear your full outfit for one evening each weekend. (H)
Dress rules are where most people feel the strongest jolt. Start with one, usually rule 11 or 17, and make it routine before adding another.
Speech and Voice Rules

- Greet yourself by your feminine name every morning. (E)
- Refer to yourself as she in your journal. (E)
- Say yes Mistress aloud before starting any session. (E)
- Thank the voice in your headphones at the end of each file. (E)
- Practise your softer voice by reading aloud for five minutes daily. (M)
- Never swear while dressed. (E)
- Ask permission aloud before touching yourself during a session. (M)
- Repeat three affirmations every night before sleep. (E)
- Write a line of devotion one hundred times when you break a rule. (M)
- Use your feminine voice for every word spoken while dressed. (H)
Rule 29 pairs well with Sissy Hypno Lines: Write It One Hundred Times, which turns a punishment into a conditioning session.
Chastity and Denial Rules
These are optional. Plenty of sissies never touch chastity, and none of these rules should be chosen out of a feeling that you are supposed to.
- No release without completing that day's task first. (M)
- Release only on days you followed every rule. (M)
- Edge at least once before release, and ask permission aloud. (M)
- No touching yourself outside a session. (M)
- One day of denial for every rule broken. (M)
- Wear your cage for a set period each evening, building up slowly. (H)
- Count down your denial days on a private calendar. (E)
- Only release while listening to a file, never in silence. (M)
- Clean and care for your cage every day it is worn. (M)
- Take part in a full month of denial once a year. (H)
Two genuine safety points: build cage time up gradually, and remove it immediately if you notice numbness, cold skin, strong swelling or colour change. The full basics are in chastity for beginners, and the mental side in orgasm denial training. Sissy Hypnosis for Denial is a gentle way to try rules 31 to 35 before committing to anything physical.
Obedience and Ritual Rules

- Kneel for one minute before every session. (E)
- Write your rules out by hand once a week. (E)
- Report your day in your journal every night, honestly. (E)
- Ask permission, aloud or in writing, before buying any feminine item. (M)
- Complete one task from your task list every day. (M)
- Listen to your assigned session even when you do not feel like it. (M)
- Confess every broken rule in your journal before sleep. (E)
- Begin each weekend with a short obedience session. (E)
- Never skip more than one day of training in a row. (M)
- Keep one rule chosen by someone else: a partner, a dare jar or a random draw. (H)
Obedience rules give your training its shape. For a deeper look at protocol and ritual, see obedience training, and use Sissy Hypno Obedience Training to reinforce them in trance.
How to Pick Rules That Stick
The difference between rules that last and rules that fade is not willpower. It is selection. Use this formula for your first set:
- One anchor rule: easy, daily, ten seconds. Rule 21 is perfect.
- One piggyback rule: attached to something you already do every day. Sitting (rule 1) piggybacks on every chair; moisturising (rule 13) piggybacks on brushing your teeth. Sissy Hypnosis Wired Into a Habit You Already Have is built on exactly this idea.
- One stretch rule: something that makes you a little nervous. This is the rule that keeps training exciting.
- Optional fourth and fifth: only if the first three already feel easy.
Then apply three tests to each candidate:
- Can I keep it on my worst day? If not, it is a weekend rule, not a daily one.
- Can I keep it privately? If it risks discovery, you will break it to protect yourself.
- Is it specific? Be more feminine is not a rule. Sit with knees together is.
| Your situation | Good first three |
|---|---|
| Live with others, little privacy | 1, 21, 28 |
| Live alone, new to it | 11, 21, 41 |
| Mostly into obedience | 23, 41, 43 |
| Mostly into the look | 13, 17, 11 |
| Curious about denial | 21, 31, 37 |
Writing Your Rule Card and Handling Broken Rules

Write your chosen rules by hand on a small card and keep it somewhere private: inside a book, a wallet or a phone case. Read it every morning. Handwriting makes them feel like a commitment rather than a list you scrolled past.
You will break rules. That is part of the game, not a failure. Decide your consequence in advance, keep it small and constructive, and never let a broken rule become a reason to quit. Good consequences are writing lines, an extra session or an extra day of denial, never anything harmful or public.
Review your rules every two weeks. Retire any rule that has become automatic, because it is now simply who you are, and replace it with one from the list. When you want rules arranged into a full progression, the Sissy Academy path introduces them lesson by lesson, and sissy tasks and chores gives you daily assignments to go with them.
Frequently asked questions
How many sissy rules should a beginner have?
Three, sometimes four. One easy daily rule, one attached to an existing habit and one that feels slightly challenging. More than five at the start almost always leads to breaking several, feeling discouraged and quitting. Add one new rule only when the others feel automatic, usually after two weeks.
What are good sissy rules if I live with other people?
Choose invisible rules: sitting with knees together, greeting yourself by your feminine name in your head, nightly affirmations under the covers with headphones, journaling in a locked app, and keeping your hands soft and folded. These build real habits without any risk of discovery.
What should happen when I break a sissy rule?
Decide a small, constructive consequence in advance: writing a line one hundred times, an extra session, or an extra day of denial if you use denial. Record it honestly in your journal and continue. Consequences should never be harmful, public or a reason to stop training.
Do sissy rules have to include chastity?
No. Chastity and denial rules are an optional category. Many sissies focus entirely on posture, dress, speech and obedience. If you are curious, try mental denial rules first, such as earning release by completing tasks, before trying any physical device.
How often should I change my rules?
Review them every two weeks. Retire rules that have become automatic, keep rules that still require effort, and add one new rule at a time. Rewriting your list by hand during the review helps the new set feel like a fresh commitment.
