Sissy Tasks for Beginners: 60 Tasks and Chores by Difficulty
By Aria Wilde · updated 2026-10-08 · 6 min read

Rules tell you how to be; tasks tell you what to do. A task is a single, finishable action that leaves you feeling a little softer, a little more obedient or a little more practised than before. The best sissy tasks for beginners share three qualities: they take under twenty minutes, they can be done alone and privately, and you know exactly when you have finished them. All sixty below are built that way.
How Sissy Tasks Work
Pick one task a day from your current level, and one weekly project from Level 3 once you are ready. Complete it, then write your journal lines. That is the whole system.
Move up a level when you have done at least ten tasks at your current level and they feel comfortable rather than thrilling. Move back down any time a level feels like too much. Nothing here is a test you can fail.
If you want tasks to sit inside a structure, pair them with three to five rules from the sissy rules list, or follow the 30-day sissy training plan, which assigns a task for every day of the month.
Sissy Tasks for Beginners: Level 1 (Gentle, Daily, 5-10 Minutes)

These are invisible, cost nothing and are perfect for your first two weeks.
- Say good morning to yourself by your feminine name in the mirror.
- Moisturise your hands slowly, finger by finger, counting to ten on each.
- Sit with your knees together for an entire meal.
- Write your feminine name ten times in your neatest handwriting.
- Listen to a five-minute session before getting out of bed.
- Spend three minutes practising a soft smile in the mirror.
- Brush your hair or scalp for two minutes, gently.
- Write three things you find pretty today: an object, a colour, a texture.
- Drink a glass of water with your little finger slightly lifted, unhurried.
- Hold your phone with both hands, close to your chest, for an evening.
- Read one paragraph aloud in a softer voice.
- Lie still for five minutes, breathing slowly, repeating one affirmation.
- Choose a feminine scent you like and notice it twice today.
- Kneel for one minute before your evening session.
- Write a one-line thank you to yourself for training today.
Level 2: Daily Tasks With a Little Nerve (10-20 Minutes)
Level 2 adds clothing, body care and a slightly bigger stretch. Most need a private hour.
- Wear panties at home for the entire evening.
- Shower slowly with Sissy Hypnosis in the Shower, then moisturise everything.
- Practise walking in a straight line, heel to toe, for ten minutes.
- Record yourself saying three affirmations and listen back once.
- Paint your toenails a soft colour.
- Trim or shave one chosen area carefully, then moisturise.
- Do nothing at all until a session tells you to: Sissy Training: Do Nothing Until I Say is a surprisingly hard task.
- Write a short letter from your feminine self to your everyday self.
- Pose in front of the mirror in three feminine poses, holding each for 30 seconds.
- Put on something soft to sleep in.
- Practise a feminine laugh, quietly, five times.
- Choose one item you bought and never wore; wear it for ten minutes. Why You Keep Buying Things You Never Wear explains why this one is so powerful.
- Say yes Mistress aloud before each of three ordinary actions.
- Practise sitting down and standing up gracefully, ten times.
- Wear panties under ordinary clothes for a few hours at home.
Level 3: Weekly Projects (30-60 Minutes)

One of these per week, usually on a weekend. They build skills or confidence that daily tasks cannot.
- Build your private kit: a box or drawer with everything you use, neatly arranged.
- Create a playlist of ten sessions in the order you want to hear them this week.
- Do a full pampering evening: bath or long shower, scrub, moisturiser, nails.
- Plan and try on your first full outfit, from underwear to top.
- Write your own list of twenty affirmations; the sissy affirmations guide has ideas.
- Spend 30 minutes on voice practice, following feminine voice training at home.
- Clean and organise one room entirely while dressed in something feminine.
- Write your training story so far: how it started, what has changed.
- Wear panties under your clothes for a full day out of the house. See wearing panties under clothes for comfort and discretion.
- Learn one makeup step, such as a light lip tint, and remove it carefully.
- Do a long session lying down, with no phone nearby, start to finish.
- Redo your rule card by hand and decide on one new rule.
- Iron or hand-wash your feminine items, slowly and with care.
- Spend an evening fully dressed, doing ordinary things: reading, cooking, tidying.
- Write one page on what being called good girl means to you.
Level 4: Chores and Deeper Tasks (For Settled Trainees)
These ask for more commitment or privacy. Choose only those that excite you; none are required to count as a real sissy.
- Clean the kitchen in an apron and panties, making every movement graceful.
- Make your bed perfectly each morning, then curtsy to it. Yes, really.
- Do the laundry for the week, folding your feminine items first.
- Keep perfect feminine posture for an entire day, inside and out.
- Spend a whole weekend day using only your feminine name in your head.
- Complete a full day of every rule on your card without a single slip.
- Do a 24-hour period of no release, with one session that evening.
- Prepare a meal for yourself and serve it properly, sitting like a lady to eat.
- Wear a complete outfit for an entire evening, heels included if you have them.
- Write fifty lines of a devotion sentence you chose.
- Agree to the very next thing a session asks, starting with Sissy Hypnosis: Say Yes to Something Small.
- Clean your bathroom until it sparkles, kneeling for the floor.
- Teach yourself a feminine skill from scratch: a hairstyle, a nail design, a sitting pose.
- Write a letter to the woman, real or imagined, who trains you.
- Repeat your favourite task from Level 1, now noticing how much easier it is.
A Sample Solo Week
| Day | Task | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Write your name ten times (4) | 1 |
| Tuesday | Wear panties all evening (16) | 2 |
| Wednesday | Soft smile practice (6) | 1 |
| Thursday | Record and play back affirmations (19) | 2 |
| Friday | Do nothing until I say (22) | 2 |
| Saturday | Full pampering evening (33) | 3 |
| Sunday | Kneel and review your week | 1 |
Notice the rhythm: easy days between harder ones, and the biggest task when you have the most time. On a rough day, swap any task for Sissy Hypnosis for a Bad Day. Gentleness on hard days keeps you training for months.
Journaling Prompts for Every Task
After each task, write three lines. Rotate through these prompts:
- What did I feel just before I started?
- What was the exact moment it felt most feminine?
- What did my body do that surprised me?
- Was there a moment I wanted to stop? What kept me going?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how much did I enjoy it, and how nervous was I?
- Would I repeat this task? How often?
- What would make this task a little harder next time?
- What did I learn about the girl I am becoming?
Once a month, read every entry back. You will see which tasks you loved, which you only endured, and which ones quietly became part of daily life. Those last ones are the real progress.
When you are ready for tasks arranged in a full sequence, the Sissy Academy path pairs each lesson with its own assignments, so you always know what comes next.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good first sissy task?
Saying good morning to yourself by your feminine name in the mirror. It takes ten seconds, costs nothing, leaves no trace and gently reinforces your feminine identity every day. Pair it with sitting knees together during one meal and you have a perfect first week.
How many sissy tasks should I do a day?
One daily task is enough for beginners, plus an optional weekly project once you are comfortable. Doing several tasks a day often leads to burnout. Consistency over weeks matters more than volume, and one finished task feels better than three half-done ones.
Can I do sissy tasks if I live with family or roommates?
Yes. Level 1 tasks are almost all invisible: posture, handwriting, affirmations, moisturising, breathing and short sessions with headphones. Save clothing tasks for private time slots such as early mornings or showers, and keep everything else discreet.
What are sissy chores?
Sissy chores are ordinary household jobs done in a feminine, devoted way: cleaning in an apron, folding laundry neatly, making the bed perfectly, kneeling to clean floors. The chore itself is normal; the mindset, posture and clothing turn it into training.
When should I move up a difficulty level?
Move up once you have completed around ten tasks at your current level and they feel comfortable rather than thrilling or stressful. If a new level feels like too much, return to the previous one for a week. Progress is not a race.
